Furniture pads not included. Uhauls in dirt lot next to location. Not a nice place to pickup but it was easy after hours

Nobody around in a seedy looking area. Once again, I had to sign up for app, take photos, back and forth in a completely empty return location. The equipment was excellent but the pick up and return was crap.
