No one was at the location to give us keys. Called 800 number and could not resolve could no reach location. Truck is sitting there!! We were forced another location and to take 20 ft vs 15 to drive to CA told no 15 ft available anywhere Denver. Next day pick up trailer 2 miles from house told he had 3 15 ft truck we could have used instead of half full 20 ft. Terrible experience avoid using U haul customer service is very poor and we lost several hours on move day person at 800 # refused my request to speak to a supervisor.

Furniture dolly I requested was not included in the truck and I was still charged for it. Gas tank was extremely close to empty upon pickup
Christopher BNot much help was given to me. I was told to just scan the QR code and follow the directions. The lot is where the trailers/trucks are is next to the station and it was messy and unkept.
Christopher DThis location didn't have the furniture dollys I requested and were going to send me off without them. I mentioned it and they said they didn't have any at the location. Also when I went to return the truck I parked in front because I didn't know how to get to the lot where they put trucks and one of the workers made a passive aggressive comment that it needs to go where all the other ones are "right there" also when I went to return the vehicle the person at the front didn't even know how the app worked for rental returns. Poor customer service. I'm sorry being charged way extra for gas. It should have been $80 but I was charged $140. Will absolutely not be recommending this place to anyone.
Daniel PWent to drop my truck off; the app wasn't working, so I couldn't do the self-drop-off. The employee took the key and said they would check it in, but just threw it on the counter and went back to work. For a one-day rental where it's advertised as "Rates as low as $25," And then having to pay 175 for one day while having 2 hours of headache on both ends trying to get the app to work, while the employees at places seemed like they didn't want to help or didn't care.
