There was no signage. I was on the phone with someone else instead of the person there. No one knew what was going on

SERGE LThe people running this place don't speak English. When I returned my trucks there was no one to speak to and no paperwork to sign. They took the keys and that was it. I had just filled both trucks up to the fuel levels they were supposed to be at, and the people at the drop off location said both vehicles where returned with 1/8 tank of gas. I'm being robbed for over $500 in fuel that wasn't needed. If this isn't resolved by uhaul, I will be calling the police. To be honest, the police should be called both matter what as this is criminal.

Leah RHave someone there to greet you who can speak a few words of English. Don't have the pick up in a restaurant, especially one that also offers haircuts, beard trims and head massages.

Adam DGentleman was very distant on the phone after several calls. Refused to come out the previous day for return so I had to wait till next day and still no one there. Put keys in drop box and finally an hour later got him on the phone. Said he was busy and would call me back. Never did. Then he waited two months to put xtra charges through my credit card when half of them were his fault. Not impressed with this experience at all

Donald PI waited over 90 minutes to pick up the truck even though it was there because the only person trained to complete the rental would not come to release the truck. The counter person tried three times to get him to come but he would not. My moving help had to sit around and wait for all this time because I could not get the truck on time. When I returned the truck it was NOT empty but was at 1/8 th of a tank and still had 48 miles remaining on the tank and I acknowledged that because the local fuel station could not get their pumps to work. I could not actually release the truck because the rental location had lost their business laptop so after I waited another 45 minutes they told me just to leave and they would just charge my credit card when they figured it out. I dislike the word never but if it is in my power I will NEVER use their services again and will make everyone I know aware of what transpired. As a side note to this the appliance dolly and the moving mats I requested were not there so we had to carry the large appliances by hand. This was a very frustrating situation but I will say this is the first time I have had problems with U Haul and I am not happy with the fuel charges but I understand MY responsibility and can therefore accept that. Walter F2 hrs is too long to do a simple online agreement! Have someone knowledgeable on site in a uhaul depot!
marc SCouldn’t find the place I’m from Timmins Ontario they sent to Ramore to get my Uhaul.. we get there and wasn’t the right location took us 3 hours we leave with the rental get a call back saying we need to turn around wrong truck and didn’t sign properly.. it was a nightmare!!
