I was never told that dropping the trailer at this location would result in an additional charge of approximately $400. The employee proceeded with the wrong-location return without explaining the charge, obtaining my informed consent, or giving me any opportunity to correct the situation. I had specifically called beforehand and was told the closer location was full, so I followed the instructions I was given and brought the equipment here. The trailer could only be towed with the rented U-Haul truck. Had the employee simply told me about the charge before processing the return, I would have driven the trailer 20 minutes to the correct location—even though I had previously been told that location was full—and then returned the truck afterward. This entire charge could have been avoided. Instead, the employee asked for the lock code, completed the return, and left me to discover the charge afterward when it was already too late to fix. That is not informed consent, fair treatment, or acceptable customer service. Nearly $400 is not a minor fee—it takes food off the table for my family. I should never have been charged without first being clearly warned and given a reasonable chance to return the trailer correctly.

Easy to pick up and drop off trailer
Alex MUnit was not clean we brought it back 15 hrs early n no refund
Veronica VI live in Timmins, I booked it on March,27,2026 for April,25,2026 had to travel to matheson to get a 6x12 Trailer did all the paper work had a flat then had to drive to ramore to get a diffrent trailer.. I was not offered a discount for the inconvieniance, the guy only seemed worried about payment. I was trying to ask questions and no snswer. Uhaul in Timmins rocked, it was wonderful I rented at least 2 times a week. Now this is mh last rental from uhaul, IT SUCKED!
KALLEN PThe light has not been piled it just a bunch of ice. I’ve been driven over and frozen park. The truck beside the other equipment actually got stuck on flat ground because it’s not plowed. The owner was nice but said he will pull it out in the morning.
