I dropped off the truck at the date and time agreed to on my rental agreement. The keys were placed in a secure lock box as instructed by the sign outside. It was in the middle of the day during the week and it appeared King Tires was closed. There were no employees on hand, therefore, no one to talk to. U-Haul called several days later and said they couldn’t find the truck. Customer service rep was insinuating I still had the truck in my possession. Sounds like a management/organization issue that U-Haul needs to address with the third party vendor. Would not use U-Haul again if it requires to pick up and drop off a non-U-Haul facilities.

Tuesday 6/2/26 I received a call moving my reservation to 1576 Petaluma Hill Rd from 1075 Santa Rosa Ave. When I arrived Thursday 6/4/26 for my reservation there was no one available to process the truck rental. Thankfully, I arrived early and was able to wait. When I was finally processed I had to make all choices and provide information again to process the rental and they had no hand trucks available so I ended up driving the rental to 1075 Santa Rosa Ave anyway to collect a hand truck to use. 1075 Santa Rosa ave had a surplus of trucks in the lot. It seems that there was no reason to move my reservation and it only inconvenienced me and required me to use time I was paying for the truck rental to collect equipment I had requested weeks in advance.
