the pickup location and staff were great but the uhaul app checkin experience was awful and i will hesitate before using uhaul again

Clifton DExcellent service. They attached & detached the trailer for me. Did all safety checks.
DAVID CI dropped off the truck at the date and time agreed to on my rental agreement. The keys were placed in a secure lock box as instructed by the sign outside. It was in the middle of the day during the week and it appeared King Tires was closed. There were no employees on hand, therefore, no one to talk to. U-Haul called several days later and said they couldn’t find the truck. Customer service rep was insinuating I still had the truck in my possession. Sounds like a management/organization issue that U-Haul needs to address with the third party vendor. Would not use U-Haul again if it requires to pick up and drop off a non-U-Haul facilities.
