This turned out to be a disaster and huge inconvenience. When I picked up the vehicle and saw the tank at3/4, I just knew I would be charged for gas when I returned it. Sure enough, I was charge for 4 gallons and Uhaul claims it was half a tank which, it was not when I picked it up. The pick up was scheduled for 7am - no one was at the location when I arrived. I was delayed for over an hour which really set me entire day back. With the gas not filled, this also created one more unneccessary stop for me and expense - $250 to fill the tank. I would like someone to call me to discuss this and I will be requesting compensation for these challenges. Thank you,.

the pickup location and staff were great but the uhaul app checkin experience was awful and i will hesitate before using uhaul again
