Easy drop off for my destination. Large yard and easy to back in trailer. Attendant was more interested in talking to someone on phone rather than getting my rental completed. Got a call a few days after saying trailer was over due, even after I had dropped off three days earlier. I don't appreciate a bad mark on my rental due to a lazy check in attendant.

Almario SMy problem was not with the individual who ran this location, he was as helpful as possible. My problem was with the was with the U-haul reservation system. The system showed a 6x12 traoiler available at this location. I believed that I had made a reservation. I had entered all my information including my credit card, but when I came to pick up the trailer, there were none available and I was not found in the reservation system. My opinion of the U-haul system has always been poor and it is continuing down hill. I will not rent from U-haul again if I can avoid them.

Almario SThe owner hooked up the trailer, and I asked him if he hooked it up and it’s good to go, the owner said, “yes”. The owner was a nice guy and I trusted him and his knowledge of U-Haul trailers. Before I got in the truck, I noticed that the trailer ball latch was sticking up. I thought it was strange, but I wasn’t familiar with the ball latch. Plus the Owner said he hooked it up and it was good to go. Again, I put my trust in him. Somehow, the trailer rode 2 hours without jumping off the ball. When I purchased the car and began to drive it up on the trailer, the trailer lifted off the ball and slid forward almost striking my tailgate. I slowly backed off the trailer in order for the trailer to come back down. Luckily, it was resting on my bumper and not my tailgate!!! I then proceeded to hook up the trailer and correctly latch the trailer ball latch. I was so lucky that the seller was not hurt and my truck was not damaged!!! I hope that U-Haul teaches the owner the correct way to hook up a trailer. It could have turned out very bad!!! Then the return process would not work on the app. I began trying to check in the trailer but it would not work.

I picked a pickup place, they changed the place to one in Melissa then the day of changed it again. The exact same thing happened with the drop off.
