The process to pick up the truck and the amount of pictures that were needed were ridiculous because there was nobody actually there. Also, I rented an appliance dolly and got a regular dolly. They need to refund the difference and realize that the 2 dollies are significantly different, and it made it very hard to do our move without the appliance dolly!
