The gentleman James was very nice and helpful! Especially because I was a female he didn’t try to screw me over . He was very pleasant and respectful. I would go back again to him if I had to use Uhaul again! Thank you James for making this experience nice and easy

marc bI requested an appliance dolly and did not get one. Still got charged.
