The person handling the transaction was not helpful. The contract was never explained to me. The vehicle was not full of fuel so therefore I didn’t realize I would be charged if I did not return it full of fuel. The inside of the vehicle was not not clean and had trash in it including leftover food. Disgusting.

Got there. 10:15am and no one there. Called several times and no answer. There was a young lady there that had reservation for 10am and said she was there since 930am. Some kid finally came to a door and said he had no idea where owner was. He tried to call and had no answer. So I asked him if we could just take trailer since they had my info and reservation. He said yeah I guess so we loaded it and left. About 3 to 4 hours later we get call from owner and got the reservation completed. Absolutely ridiculous, time is money and this experience was WORST I've ever had at a Uhaul location.
