My order was placed on line the way I wanted it. My daughter went to pick up the truck because i unexpectedly had to go to the hospital. The gentleman went into the reservation and changed everything adding fee himself. Very very disappointed was also charged. 55.00 cleaning fee.
I knew uhal was capable of this so I purposely tried to avoid it. I did not expect the reservation to be completely altered. Uhal makes every effort possible to charge customers extra fees and places the customer in a position of either begging them to return your money or the customer gets so mad they want nothing to do with them. Very very disappointed

Ensure the gas hands are where they are ment to be. I'm being charged for not refilling gas to half a tank when it wasn't there when I received it. If they aren't going to fill it to a certain point when someone else returns it improperly, then they shouldn't charge the next person to rent it for that past renter and company mistake for not ensure all was correct.

Be sure to put the gas back. They charged me a total of $153 for gas. Too much. A rip off. Didn't get it on a full tank and it wouldn't take that to full it up

Not a thing! Mr. Knight personally made sure that I had a 26ft u-haul for my out of state move after other locations promised the world and almost left me stuck without a moving truck. Mr. Knight let me know when the truck made it to his lot to assure me that my move would go smoothly. I will make sure everyone I know uses this location to pick up and drop off their trucks.

This was the second place where i went to to get a trailer. I had a reservation at the first place on Irby street and when i got there they didn't have one and i had to come back home and call U-Haul and then go back to Florence to knights Furniture, I was upset to say the least.
