Two ladies heavily smoking in the office. Didn't seem horribly excited to help me. Grumpy person came over to hook up the trailer. Lights didn't work. I didn't realize until I got to my destination. I requested to pick up at the location on highway 281 N and got sent here. I won't go back there again. EVERBarry C.

The guy we dropped the truck off with was actually appalled that we weren't offered more mileage or days since we had to do the work of finding a truck and drive 70 miles out of the way to get it. He OBVIOUSLY didn't work for U-Haul. He asked us questions and seemed genuinely interested in how our trip was and how the truck handled. I will definitely go back here.Sabrina M.

We were told our uhual wasn't going to be at the location when we had scheduled to pick up. The truck was returned late so we got it late. The truck was dirty. Mud on the seats, dirt covering the floor, and the back of the truck was dirty as well. They clearly didn't care the truck was returned dirty. So when we had to return the truck at a different location we really had to clean the truck to make sure we wouldn't get charged. Horrible experience.Christian B.

Answer your damn phone. Make sure you check in The right trailer. We got a phone call from a 4th uhaul location out of North Dakota saying that the trailer we rented hadn't been checked in. All in all this has been the worst experience we've ever had with the company. I would like to have a full refund for all of the hassle and headache we had from this.ray R.

The only problem I had was with the passenger side mirror, which kept moving on me. It was a little nerve racking driving through Kansas City and making lane changes. Reported problem at drop off location.Stuart L.
The individual checking us in had to take our information down 3 times because she didn't know how to work the system, she then gave me the wrong truck number. The situation appeared to be very disorganized and was a long messy process.tamya K.

Truck was not ready in the morning and there were no truck keys available in the pick up boxes. Staff was late to property and did not answer phones after calling all morning. It caused a huge delay in our moving preparations.James B.

It is good to call ahead, as the notification that I received from U-Haul indicated a pick up time but the location was not open at that time. Having called ahead we were able to set up a time that worked for all. They were quick and helpful and we were on our way.Valerie A P.

Called ahead of time to see if late pick up was an option. Was assured there would be no issues in coming 15 mins after close. Got there and no one was there. No answer when called. Finally got a hold of the person and they "forgot" and had me walk around to find people that weren't there. Finally someone came to help and none of the paperwork was ready and they were never told about me. Very frustrating but thankful for the patience of the guy stuck doing someone else's job.Kendal P.

Cannot say enough nice things about Knight Towing! I am terrible remembering names but I believe it was Kathy (I hope I am right :) and Christian. Very friendly, kind. Some people just have a way of making people feel good about doing business with them. They definitely made a great impression. I can see why they are growing.Jamie V.

They were supposed to be closed during my drop off time but someone was there, came out to meet me and unhooked the trailer. I was out of there in less than ten minutes... very quick and easy.Michael G.

The only issue was that I arranged to pick up the equipment at 8 AM, but the agent failed to mention he doesn't come in until 830! Other staff jumped and was able to get me going just before 830....but not the 8 AM I was hoping for â€¦â€¦.Brian B.
