Excellent service by both Michelle the UHaul rep and Dennis Gelling the local rep. Great experience renting truck, will call again if needed and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

We rented the 9' cargo van. 'Just a superb vehicle for what we wanted to use it for. Excellent! However, we were told that not that many folks rent this type of vehicle. I was surprised. But, it suited OUR needs. This may not apply to many others. WE liked it. Thank you.

The problem wasn't the pick up or drop off location. The problem was Uhaul as a company and how they SCREWED me. I rented a 20' truck. The day before pick up they call me and tell me all they have is a 15' truck. If I want a 20' I need to drive 100 miles (one way) to pick it up. If I needed a 15' truck I'd have reserved one. Guess what? I couldn't get everything in the truck so I had to leave things behind. I had to rent a storage unit for them and have to figure out what to do next. THANKS UHAUL! I called to demand some kind of compensation and the manager didn't like my tone. I didn't raise my voice, I didn't curse at her but she couldn't handle it, told me she didn't appreciate the way I was speaking to her and HUNG UP ON ME. This is how to treat your customers? Moving is stressful enough. I don't need a POS company like Uhaul making it worse. Since you guys don't care to make things right, I'm making it my mission to tell the world. I've already started on a video of my experience to put on YouTube and Periscope. I'm going to Facebook, and I'm looking into purchasing domain names to collect similar stories. People need to know how you truly don't care about your customers. You screwed the wrong guy. A quick Google search finds many similar stories out there. Who knows, maybe I'll even do a pay per click campaign. I guarantee (you probably don't know the meaning of that word--or satisfaction) I'm not letting this go until you make it right. Why do I have a feeling I'll never hear a word back?
