Knuckleheads was fine!!!!!!!!!!! It was the people I talked to on the phone (customer support). My reservation was cancelled twice by someone at U-Haul.

Make sure the account is actually set up for 24/7 pickup when you tell a customer it is set up for that. Additionally, update the business hours to match the storefront, Google and U-Haul. Uhaul changed my pickup location to this random place that was over 20 miles away.

Get rid of the first location I was booked at. Business was supposed to be open and reservervation was for anytime after noon for pickup. Husband got there just before 3pm and no one there and everything locked up. Called the location no one answered and no VM. After hanging up I get call from another number and was told they give one hour to past res time then you are a no show and res is cancelled. When I said we need the trailer he told me we need to get it somewhere else. He is a terrible image for your brand. I will say your reservation team I spoke with were top notch. Joy, Jorge and Sunday please give them my regards and recognize them for their work and great customer service

It was closed on a Friday afternoon, during listed hours online. We did not know where to park the trailer or what to do immediately. We read about the app. Downloaded the app. Tried to use it. We did not receive notification that it had worked . Called Jennifer and she said we were successful.

The man helping me was very nice, but I got the sense working with U-Haul is not something he does very often. It took him about 20 minutes to help me and his "office" was very dirty and FREEZING. To be fair, his office is part of a a car mechanic shop so I guess it would normally be dirty, but it was very old and run down and cluttered.

we were informed the morning of pickup we had to take truck to different location, had to call uhaul and tell them were were taking back to our chosen location. the location we dropped off no one around, neighbor next door came over to tell us what to do

I found out by stopping by the previous day that my rental trailer was not available at the requested location even though the reservation had been made over 1 month before. I had to drive 35-40 minutes back and forth to a very remote location to get it and I had to do it one day earlier in order to match with my moving plans. Plus I had to find a safe location to park it overnight (requested location was in town). Equipment was damaged when I picked it up. (damaged door hinge). I found out when we loaded the trailer.

I did not get the size truck that I needed. I was told I would get an appliance dolly added in for free due to all the complications, but that never happened. Constant scheduling and pick-up and drop-off location changes. Overall, the whole experience was frustrating.

We were sent a text to drop off at this location. No one was there and so we went online to drop it. This was not helpful to us at all. It was the morning so some one should have been there. We would not use this location again. I would prefer to go into Janesville and have someone to help us.
