The lady there was very good did real good job

The only thing I'm thinking could be corrected is more lighting! We could not find the gate keypad as it was so dark on the grounds. It was also pitch black while loading the unit. We couldn't see and kept sliding and slipping on snow by the entrance to our unit. Otherwise the girl at the desk was so friendly and helpful!! She saved us after a long trip and last minute decision to store things.

i will be coming in on the july 6th or 7th of july. i will be bringing a 5x5 uhaul trailer also , to turn in to you. i wanted to reserve the storage ahead to make sure i had a place to put my things till i got an apt in port huron. thanks. will see you this coming weekend. carl laesser

Service was great from reservation to pick up and drop off, Andrea assisted us with the whole process.

The app did not work. We were delayed about 45 minutes being able to access the truck. Called support and was on hold for about 16 mins. Worker had to have me get out of the app and use the website instead. The process sucks for refilling gas. Truck was at a quarter tank when we picked it up. There is no way to determine amount to replace. I for sure put more gas back in than I used. Also, there are no instructions at all for returning the key when returning the truck. I put them back into the lock box and spent ten minutes trying to figure out how to relock it while dodging angry yellow jackets that built a nest inside.

I filled the truck up with gas on returning and they charged me $101.14 for a $19.00 truck. I use UHAUL! But DO NOT USE THIS ONE!

The worse experience Ever!!! Was charged for a cleaning fee and there was only some light loose gravel from their parking lot most likely!! Had our car break down away from our home rented a box truck with trailer to be able to tow home to car dealer , we dropped truck and trailer off earlier and went backs to dealer to get a car they gave us to use and then went back to check on the truck and trailer to make sure all was set being no one was there earlier, Lady Very RUDE Yelled and screamed and said $25 cleaning fee I have pictures of all to show whom ever I can !!! She actually slammed my handicapped husband in the door of truck as we tried to get a Picture of any dirt she was talking about!!! Worse experience ever and if you look us up we rent from U-Haul A lot!!!!! I expect a call back and my $25 charge that she charged me I expect it’s a scam for her because she was surprised we came back to check on it !!!! I will wait to hear from you !!!

There is no signage on the door saying where to return the equipment. You walk into the building and it is dark and uninviting.

I came in and she was the only one ( Catherine) that really helped Me. I had been to 3 other places and couldn’t get what I really needed! Both women I spoke to were extremely polite and very helpful! I recommend this place over any where else in St Clair County

I am a senior and the check in process is not senior friendly. This uploading of the persons driver licence is not senior friendly.

Rented for 13 years and the company’s changed hands several times but unfortunately my business closed over the pandemic. Paying the rent was getting tighter and tighter each month so decided to empty the unit and accept the loss of my business. Arrived on last day of month to find unit had been mice infested so had to leave 4 trash bags of mice nests etc for them to safely dispose of and they charged me an extra months rent.! Also threatened that they are charging me $75 disposal fee at the end of the month. I requested them to charge the $75 disposal fee and refund the next months rent charges and the representative said - the unit was not empty, you left 4 trash bags so we will be charging you an extra months rent then the disposal fee. Not sure what kind of company practice this is but unscrupulous comes to mind. Have reported infestation to the health authorities. I’ve forwarded the confirmation email received today stating I vacated the unit on June 1st to my BANK for the investigation into the unauthorized charges. I‘ve paid over $20,000 in rent over the years , I hope they enjoy the $200 extra they charged me as I believe my social media reviews will cost them more than that in business! Once my bank investigate I will be forwarding all this to the proper authorities. Emails, photos and more can be scene on TikTok’s viral video. #exposeuhaul

No one was available to disconnect my trailer I’m a 70 year old woman and I hurt my back. I hard to go to the chiropractor still hurts . This was Thursday morning at 10:00 why isn’t anybody available.

When I reserved it stated that my first 39 miles were included. I only drove 37 miles and was still charged $25 for the miles I drove. Wish they wouldn’t false advertise

The lady at the desk wasn't really help and informed me she had to lock up have a better running vehicle. No warning lights on and headlights working properly. I really feel I deserve some money back on this. Customer service with the calls were excellent

We always use the Kraft Rd location for our moving needs. As is usual, our 10' truck was ready and waiting for us at our scheduled time. We ended up needing the truck longer than we originally expected and they worked with us to be sure we could complete our move. I believe the woman who works behind the counter is Bre and she was wonderful, as usual. She is professional and friendly every time we see her. We will use Kraft Rd. for all our future moving needs.

When I placed my order, I specifically said that I didn't need the insurance, but I was charged $14 anyway. The lady said that her location requires this. I have auto & liability insurance, I shouldn't have to pay for this. I was also charged a $25 cleaning fee that I shouldn't have been charged. The lady said she submitted photos to U-Haul proving that we left the floorboards muddy, but she refused to provide the photos to me. I didn't go anywhere muddy, we simply picked something up (from a concrete driveway, no mud), to an asphalt driveway (no mud). The floor of the truck was a little dirty when we picked up the vehicle, but it was minor, so I wasn't worried about it. I did not add to the dirt. I made sure to thoroughly sweep out the back and returned the truck in the same condition I received it in. Please provide me photos of the supposed dirt I left behind. I have rented trucks and vans from U-Haul many, many times over many years, and have never had this problem before.

Inform individuals if you don’t have materials they had reserved. I needed moving blankets and was informed the day of, in the parking lot, that they didn’t have any. They forgot my dolly and I had to drive back. I would work on being more prepared.

Very disappointed in Andrea's professionalism. Called the beginning of February looking for a larger unit, was informed they had none. Informed them we needed to move. Cleaned out the unit and let them know and she charged us for the next month. Very disappointed in her service

Called to inquire why the main gate was not closing. Left an opening for people to enter the property, therefore a possible concern for my items being stored. The manager was absolutely rude, snotty and just seemed like she was taking personal offense to my questions? She refused to relay a message for a regional manager or owner to call me. She hung up on me. We removed our items from their storage unit a couple days later. We had been there just over two years. There was absolutely no way we ever wanted to give them another penny of our money with that disgusting manager's behavior!!!

You need to update your website.... Your 5x5 units are not 5x5... Maybe 4x4 if that.... I downsized from from one of your larger units to a 5x5 knowing that one piece of furniture should have fit IF YOUR MEASUREMENTS WERE ACCURATE because they were not you screwed me and I couldn't keep the larger unit I was moving out of..... My benefit cuz I found a unit elsewhere for $55 cheaper than what you charge for the same size.

We used this facility for about 8 years. They were great to work with. Andrea made check out very easy and efficient which was a huge help for us. The only reason we left was that we have been living in Texas for the last 4 years and decided to get all of our belongings in one location to reduce stuff. Definitely would recommend this location and UHaul in general.
