front left hydraulic brake was locked up. pulled around parking lot, and after hitting several bumps, and pot holes, the brake freed up....di not like the idea of changing trailers. Apparently this trailer had been sitting for quite some time....not sure what PM is performed, if any, to prevent recurrence.

Clerks were great for scheduling, pick-up and drop-off; equipment and vehicle perfect. In and out, no issues.

Andrea was rude and not customer service oriented. Additionally, she did not provide me with complete information. The overall experience was bad and I would never recommend anyone use the Kraft Road location.

The representative wanted me to initial that I received the truck clean and in good condition without me actually seeing it. I asked for the keys to check the cleanliness of the truck prior to initialing the form. This was my first time renting a U-Haul so I wasn't familiar with the procedure and the truck had cigarette ashes in the cup holder. I returned the truck to a different site and the gentleman was very thorough in his check. He checked to see if the truck was clean, if the blinkers worked, if the gas hand was where it should be, break lights, everything. I feel that the representative that assisted us at this location should have done the same thing.

The app wouldnt work to pick up the truck, however customer service was smazing and was able to fix the issue!

When we bought the U-Haul it was for Croswell Michigan. However when I went to do the online check in it was booked for Fort Gratiot Michigan. That inconvenience caused a lot of extra driving for us and totally messed up our plans. When I called U-Haul to express my frustration, the service provider made it sound like it was no big deal. Customers need to be notified that that pickup location can change.

Location is cobbled together. Company tried to charge me $15 insurance fee that I never requested but insisted I did. I drove the should-be-retired truck a total of 47 miles and re-fueled it to the point where no more fuel would enter the tank (pump shutoff repeatedly). I returned it immediately and then was charged $8 for two gallons of fuel. Cost is not my concern. The principal is.

Well, let's see, you didn't have the right size trailer. I was unable to pick up at a location I wanted. The place I was supposed to go was closed on Saturday,UHaul neglected to tell me this! If it wasn't for the Kraft rd place, UHAUL Would suck completely!

I was very pleased with your girl Andrea she did a fabulous job. I would rent a U-Haul again no problem. it's really nice when the person at the desk knows what they're doing through and through.

We never used it. We rented it at closing and came back the next morning to tell them we didn't need it but we still got charged. It never left the lot! Not right.

Need a person to help attach trailer and to check lights and hitch attachment. Need to park trailer in a more accessible location. Mine was in a spot that I had to un-attach and then move by hand and then re-attach to avoid hitting concrete pillar.

Parking needs to be more clear, had to park in front of peoples storage units due to so many uhaul trucks. Was there at 455 and even saw the employee who told me "Its to late for me to check in the truck, wont be able to til Monday" (This was on a Friday). I told her Uhaul said I had til 5 to get it there, which she replied "I dont work for uhaul, I work for the storage unit". Extremley unprofessional, the epitome of doing the bare minimum. Couldnt believe she said these things. I was afraid to leave the truck there, but was already over miles and couldn't leave with it.

I had a problem with the app sign in it wouldn't load but the girl in the office came out and took care of us she was amazing

I asked specific questions regarding mileage and what I needed to do. I was told that there should be no issue and that people do what I needed to do all the time. I then found out that there would be an additional $92 charge for mileage. I wanted that all taken care of up front and would have been able to factor that into my decision had I not been told there would be no issues. Had the individual taken the time to discuss this with me, I don't think there would have been an issue, but they were apparently too concerned with moving on from me to give me accurate and valuable information.
