Equipment was clean but didn’t feel like it drive safe. Squeaky brakes and the steering wheel has a lot of play in it and had a little shake to it. Needs to be maintained a little better mechanical wise.

We did not use the truck based on the oil change warning light We notified the rental office who said it was fine the truck was not running well so we returned it without using it please refund all charges

Fix the speakers in the vehicle

The vehicle the agent tried to give us had a bad key and ignition switch, truck started intermittently, and the oil light was on. She said we had roadside service, we shouldn't worry about it. She got very rude when we insisted on a different vehicle.

Andria is a pleasure to deal with, she is very professional, and listens to your needs.she knows the stores inventory, she even knew where the car trailer was parked that made the experience even better, she IS my go to uhaul person from now on.

Truck was relatively clean.Customer service person did not walk out and look over the rental truck with us. Discovered on our trip that the headlights are out of alignment. Customer service person was not very friendly. Will not rent from this location again.

front left hydraulic brake was locked up. pulled around parking lot, and after hitting several bumps, and pot holes, the brake freed up....di not like the idea of changing trailers. Apparently this trailer had been sitting for quite some time....not sure what PM is performed, if any, to prevent recurrence.

Clerks were great for scheduling, pick-up and drop-off; equipment and vehicle perfect. In and out, no issues.

Andrea was rude and not customer service oriented. Additionally, she did not provide me with complete information. The overall experience was bad and I would never recommend anyone use the Kraft Road location.

The representative wanted me to initial that I received the truck clean and in good condition without me actually seeing it. I asked for the keys to check the cleanliness of the truck prior to initialing the form. This was my first time renting a U-Haul so I wasn't familiar with the procedure and the truck had cigarette ashes in the cup holder. I returned the truck to a different site and the gentleman was very thorough in his check. He checked to see if the truck was clean, if the blinkers worked, if the gas hand was where it should be, break lights, everything. I feel that the representative that assisted us at this location should have done the same thing.

When we bought the U-Haul it was for Croswell Michigan. However when I went to do the online check in it was booked for Fort Gratiot Michigan. That inconvenience caused a lot of extra driving for us and totally messed up our plans. When I called U-Haul to express my frustration, the service provider made it sound like it was no big deal. Customers need to be notified that that pickup location can change.

Location is cobbled together. Company tried to charge me $15 insurance fee that I never requested but insisted I did. I drove the should-be-retired truck a total of 47 miles and re-fueled it to the point where no more fuel would enter the tank (pump shutoff repeatedly). I returned it immediately and then was charged $8 for two gallons of fuel. Cost is not my concern. The principal is.
