The truck was parked to where I had to back up onto a busy street. It would have been better to be able to drive out instead of back out. Also, a small thing, but I didn't think about needing a lock for the back of the truck and had to stop at a truck stop and purchase one. I think that should be an item that is suggested at time of rental. The U-Haul agent was very friendly and the process only took a few minutes

I’m very disappointed about this reservation. I had issues at pick up with the app not accepting my drivers license and after several attempts I ended up having to contact customer support for help and was told that this was known issue with the app. The customer service rep was extremely helpful in navigating through this. Then once I got the keys and opened the cab I noticed the cab was not very clean. I started the truck to get the fuel levels and for the first time in my years of usually U-Haul for truck rentals I was shocked to see the truck was completely on empty. I was already running late due to the traffic and the fact that it is was pouring down rain. So I was pretty upset that was now being delayed because I had to go put gas in before loading my belongings up. The truck had a non-stop belt squealing noise the entire time it was driving, the passenger door would not register as shut unless you forcefully slammed it shut, the top corner of the drivers door doesn’t properly seal closed so it feels like your in a wind tunnel the whole time you are driving. Worst experience I have had with U-Haul and it’s unfortunate because their prices are affordable and there’s usually a truck available in my area when I need it but after this reservation I think I will be exploring other options next time.

Gas was on empty when I got it. I put 40 bucks in before I got to move anything and I believe they charged me for it.

I appreciate the guy at the counter doing my paperwork but there was no mention of an extra charge for milage. I drove to Lake Havasu, (where I was taking the load) and then returned the truck to Las Vegas to fly back to Washington. I was charged an extra $101.40 for milage. I'm very unhappy with this.

The person at the dropoff location was overworked as well, would not check in the truck and send a final receipt on his own, he asked me to take a photo of the mileage and gas gauge so that he could do the complete check in later. Seems like people at the work locations need more help.

This location is really hard to find! It took me three times around the block to locate it. It needs a bigger Uhaul sign.

I returned the uhaul inside to the worker. Now being overbilled for 3 days that they did not show it was checked in. I tried to call and go in but was given the runaround to contact via email. Now just the same thing shows checked out for 5 days!! Only one worker who spoke little English and now I am out $350 extra dollars and given the runaround

This is a small store in the middle of 3 shops; it’s hard to find. We went around the block twice before finding it. Truck parking is not marked; had to talk with store personnel to learn where to park. One truck parking spot on the Main Street, more available on the side street. Store personnel very friendly and helpful.

I was never given a contract to sign. I never said where I was returning it because I was under the impression I could return it to any local store. I was never told that I needed to return it to the store I got it from. The freeway was closed down and it would have taken me over an hour to go less than a mile so I returned It to a closer U-Haul location that didn’t require me to go north. In addition I was charged for 9 gallons of gas when I drove less than 40 miles. Not sure how that math works out. Total for a rental that was for approx 26 hours cost me almost $400. This is not ok and I’ve been unable to get ahold of anyone who can refund my $.

They waited a day to check my truck in. The guy at the counter didn't speak English very well. And nowhere to park the truck, except for a block away.

The customer service person I spoke with at this location was very friendly and quick to respond to questions. The location of the store, however, is the reason I gave the rating I did. It is terrible as it is on a very busy main road and there is no designated parking spots so I had up park alongside a road. In addition, there were several individuals standing around in a group outside the store smoking what appeared to be illicit drugs which made me very uncomfortable. Many people were streaming in through the store as I waited to pick up the keys and three of them did not have enough money to pay for their alcohol and they asked me to help pay. I will not return to this store for future rentals.

The merchant was not helpful and told me to go on line which I was having problems already and never got a code then he told me to go to the uhaul up the street I got the worst run around and never got my truck until 5 when I had my reservation at 3:30 it took me that long to finally get it I very much thank the lady that works at the storage express on Rucker she helped me with everything. I give her many thanks I will only rent from that location ever

Took over an hour and a half once I arrived to actually check out the truck. This was after many calls to actually get the truck rented. The only way I could actually get a hold of someone was to ‘fake’ a rental so I would get a call back. I’ll never use u-haul again. Terrible!
