I had to travel out 60 minutes more because you changed my location pick up and drop off still got charged for the helpers that couldn’t make it to my house on the timing I was picking up uhaul. My haul broke down 3 drivers were dispatched and no show. Had to stay in a hotel missed my timing of my job interview because of this. 7 am there was still no driver until 930 am and that guy was dean towing he was great he put more miles on uhaul to go get it fixed . Now I get billed and it’s all extra miles because of uhaul issues

BRADLEY SThe truck was parked to where I had to back up onto a busy street. It would have been better to be able to drive out instead of back out. Also, a small thing, but I didn't think about needing a lock for the back of the truck and had to stop at a truck stop and purchase one. I think that should be an item that is suggested at time of rental. The U-Haul agent was very friendly and the process only took a few minutes
