Dalton BWhen you are running 15 minutes late to open the doors, you should call the customer that has a reservation and let them know that you aren't going to be on time. Also you need to have a better system in place for when something happens, i.e. having the actual manager's number on the door, not some answering service that just tells you to go to a different store to get help.

Lisa KNegative: App is complicated and time consuming even for a super-techie. Positive: Truck did well the entire trip - so thankful no tire or engine complications. Appreciated the contact I had with Brittany re: my reservation. It would have been nice to know the pick up location sooner, but that turned out fine as we are not far from the Krum location. UHaul clearly knows what they are doing overall - very helpful and clear when I was making the reservation and deciding on what size truck to rent. Would definitely recommend UHaul to others.

Richard MWe had forgotten to remove a lock from the trailer. Your policy of not letting them cut it off is unfair since I have my card on file and understood any damage would be charged. It cost me $85 to have a locksmith remove it since I was already 800 miles away.
Hector HI reserved the U-Haul weeks in advance. Days before pick up I was told my pickup would be changed to a location a mile from my original. The morning of my pickup I was told it was no longer there and I was going to have to drive 16 miles in the opposite direction of my 11 hour journey. So it added and hour total to my trip since traffic that direction in a metroplex was the whole reason I booked with the other U-Haul location. I was only given a $30 credit. But was told I would get more if I returned it before the 4 days they entered into the system. I received nothing back and ended up paying over $300 for this experience. So no I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Jlyn LI do not have a problem with the location. This was not my choice but your choice for me. The location by my home did not have my reservation because someone did not return the truck. I had to drive out my way to another location to get another truck which cost me more money because the movers were waiting on me. I have a 2 hour minimum but the extra hour waiting costed me more money. I will tell everyone to get the Uhaul truck one day and move the next day ONLY if you are NOT driving out of town...But I was...Inconveniences cost time, time costs money, especially if you don't have. Uhaul wasted my time and cost me money. NOT HAPPY!!!

Donna G | Overall ExperienceLocation was too far from my unloading and down worn county roads. Too more time out of an already tight schedule and then nobody there to assist with furniture pads. Literally down a back country road with nothing nearby. Frustrating as I passed many other closer locations that could have taken the truck. It should not be on the customer to help u-haul better position their fleet by sending you out of your way.

Have acknowledged that they screwed up and keep telling me they are waiting on accounting or the owner before giving my money back. Now, they won't answer my calls either. I am disgusted with the incompetence of this property who can't have someone at the office regularly or even answer the phone while robbing people and making excuses. Small claims court my be my only option at this point.
