We had to drive 30 miles to get a different truck because we were not told that our reservation would be canceled if we did not arrive within an hour of our scheduled pick up time. We had already driven 120 miles and due to traffic did not arrive in time. I had booked the truck with customer service and they did not say a word about the "arriving within an hour of the scheduled pick up time" or we would have called to ask for a different time to pick up. Thankfully the personnel at our original pick up on Alta Mere was able to find us a truck in Springtown which was apx 30 miles away so that added to our mileage.Nancy R.

This was probably the unprofessional of all. The clerk did not assist with the check-in at all. I had to take a picture of the odometer and gas gauge. I had to text it to his personal phone. He couldn't process the check-in and needed to wait several hours until his manager came in to do it. I had to rely on a text from this kids personal cell phone as the only proof I dropped off the equipment. The manager didn't process the return very quickly and when I called, kept saying, yes it's in. But, I never received anything electronically that it was checked in. I called again and the manager simply didn't take my calls. Very unprofessional. Eventually I did get the receipt and everything turned out fine, but again, added stress to an already stressful move. Come on UHaul. Do better.John D.

No phone number was available in the U-Haul paperwork to call the KTM ShopNGo with questions before delivery. There is no sign or info in the paperwork indicating that the Mobile Gas Station was also the KTM ShopNGo, we had to make our best guess and check the address on the building when we arrived, which was challenging because both apple and Google maps takes you to the wrong location. We arrived at about 7:30 and could not actually pump any gas at this GAS STATION and had to leave for another place to fill up. There was not an obvious key drop, and there were no posted hours of operation so we would know when someone would be available to help. When someone finally did arrive, they did take the key and seemed friendly enough but this was overall a frustrating experience.Jonathan P.
Are you f ing kidding me??? This is possibly the worst location in the history of locations. You people need to do your home work. With all the construction going on around this business, it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get a truck in there. I drove and will be charged extra miles due to the poor, poor visibility of this business to be in the uhaul businesses. Absolutely the worst experience ever. The pictures for check out would not upload. So I wasted am hour of my time jacking with your stupid software only to NEVER UPLOAD A SINGLDE PHOTO!!! ALL IN ALL IT WAS COMPLETE CRAP AND I WOULD LIVE A FULL REFUND FOR ALL MY TROUBLES. I want somebody from uhaul to call me after 4pm when I can talk.JOHN S.

Kyle, the manager was phenomenal, in assisting my husband and I with the rental of the Uhaul. He is personable and not robotic and cold like so many other places we looked into renting from. When looking to move and need a Uhaul, please keep this kind man in mind!Amanda N.
Although the vehicle was fine clean and not damaged the location I picked it up was not even remotely professional in handling the rental. The gas station sales clerk seemed annoyed and unsure of what to do. He had to call someone on his cell phone to get the truck rented. Upon return same person didn't even want to go look at the vehicle to verify anything about it. I had to ask him to come inspect and verify fuel and condition. He looked at fuel and mileage but never looked the vehicle over to make sure no damage was done. There wasn't any of course, it was just for peace of mind to know vehicle wouldn't "later" be found with damage and I be charged for it. I would think that the location would take some personal interest in making sure the vehicles are not being returned to U-Haul with unnoticed damage or other issues, because then it becomes hard to prove or hold renters accountable. The location could use some training or something. U-Haul online and the representative who called me to work out an issue with vehicle availability were very professional and helpful.Craig T.

This location had no idea how to do anything related to renting the trucks on their own. This was also not the place I was supposed to pick up my truck, that was in Azle and they had to find out where my truck ended up so I ended up going to this one. Then it turned out this place had a 26 foot truck, which was the original size I wanted but was told that no one in the area had. At least I was glad I stumbled upon the 26 foot truck while chasing down a 20 foot truck that was at a different place than I was told to pick it up. This whole process took a long time and I had a couple moving guys with me who were charging hourly so I'm happy with how long this whole thing took for financial reasons as wellMatthew G.
