I was told the service charge was $32.75 which I paid for. I got home and viewed my account, I noticed a debit of $28.60 was made on my account without telling me the reason.

No help what so ever in picking up or dropping off the trailer. What is the point of even having people when I do everything myself? Worst trailer I ever used. Not even 6-12. Thing is 6 ft off the ground. Not 6 inside. I owned a 6x12 hallmark which was 1000000x better. Roll up door got stuck. Why is the tongue so long? Maneuvering it was a pain.
Dexter GCheck in/check out process was simple. We pulled the trailer well over a thousand miles round trip and never had an issue. I was concerned about blowing tires especially going through Knoxville (aka pothole city) but we never had an issue! All lights worked consistently, GREAT experience, this will be our new normal for youth trips!
Charles MThe fuel level was not accurate when I picked up the truck. So they charged me more even I fueled and left the truck as it is as same as I picked.
Siva RIt was easy to pickup and drop off the rental, and it was clean. The person there helped get the trailer rental on the car too. I did have an issue of getting double charged for returning the rental 30 minutes late, though, which I had to get refunded, so just book many more hours than you need to avoid this.

Martha HDuring pick up, no one was there that could help. Durning dropoff, I returned the trailer a day early. No one checked in the trailer. I received text messages and phone calls for three days stating I was late returning trailer. I responded to each message and they still went on for three days. That business does not need to rent your equipment.

Megan WBj was excellent service she was really busy and couldn't check my truck in on time. Received uhaul text and email that I passed the expired time to return. But all in all uhaul is the best and will use them every time. Everyone I talked to on the phone were outstanding.

Ed HI rented a trailer for 6hrs, dropped it off within next 2hrs. Next day I had a call from uhaul that I need to return the trailer. I called back and told them that I did return it already. They said they’ll contact the store to check out the return. As a result I have a double charge (possibly for “extra“ rental time?). No I need to make calls to get that rectified. Horrible service

PAIGE WI did not have a ramp in my truck nor did the location have a furniture dolly at the location which was promised and I paid for ahead of time. Clerk was ok at location.

ROBERT Cservice was great equipment was ready to go when I arrived, this is a self service facility and had to load my equipment . People very friendly and service wonderful. Had a blow out on the auto transport I rented and your service department hed me back on the road in a little over 35 minutes. A big thanks to my sevice guy who changed the tire and got us going quickly thanks Bob
ROBERT Carrived to location at 8am as requested online. store door was locked and signs on doors said they open at 7am. sat in the parking lot on the phone with uhaul customer service for 15 minutes (8 of those were me being put on hold) until the store owner arrived around 8:34ish. will use uhaul again for my future needs but i do not recommend using this store to anyone in the near future.
alexandra sThe above location was where Uhaul directed me after the initial location I went to was a horrible experience! I would really like to speak with someone higher than a Customer Service Manager about my initial experience.
