False advertisement on price
Megan WBj was excellent service she was really busy and couldn't check my truck in on time. Received uhaul text and email that I passed the expired time to return. But all in all uhaul is the best and will use them every time. Everyone I talked to on the phone were outstanding.
MICHAEL GTrailer didn’t have a jack, had to lift the trailer from ground onto my truck. Was very difficult and wouldn’t have been able to use if I wasn’t able to lift the trailer myself
