Truck was dirty inside and out. Cracker wrappers on the floor, dirt, bottles under seat. Could not see out of the front or side windows because they were so dirty. The staff was clueless.
Kevin BThe location near the resort we were staying at was changed at the last minute. After speaking to someone at UHaul we were told yes... we could go the day before and get checked in to pick up the truck first thing in the morning. We had movers scheduled to load the UHaul the next morning for the 2300 mile trip. When we went to the new location it was a lot further away and at a convenience store. I will say UHaul did discount us $100 for the inconvenience. We went into the store , the young lady did not know english very well, all she said was no - do everything online. This move had time restraints and this stressed me out even more. I called Uhaul back they said you can do everything online and tomorrow morning we will give you a code to get the keys, I said we need a 7 am pickup. That was not the case. The Employee who delivered the truck got contacted that we were there and waiting he said no one told him that we wanted to pick it up early, we had informed everyone we were in contact with at UHaul that we needed to pick it up as early as possible. The employee delivered the keys to us at the truck - he was very professional and helped me through the app on my phone - Thank Goodness for him. It seemed like there was a communication breakdown .
Suzanne CThe location itself was helpful when I picked up the rental but the man working when I first attempted to stop off the rental was not helpful at all. My phone was dead and the outlet he provided for me was probably ten feet above the ground ands I could not reach it. I had to leave the location to charge my phone and then return. The mileage should not have been over 30 miles at the most. The app would not provide any opportunity to provide pictures of the vehicle at drop off and I had to talk to three customer representatives to return the rental. The next day, it still had not processed as returned and I had to speak with yet another customer representative.
Amber RThe young woman whose name began with S. was LOVELY and so very helpful!!! (I apologize for not remembering her name.) I am a senior citizen and had trouble with the ap. I called a U-Haul representative, Tony, to get help. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Between the two of them, I was overjoyed with how everything worked out. They both were extremely professional, patient, and efficient. Thank you both -- and thanks to the others on the U-Haul team. Overall, a wonderful experience. (Regarding the location, it was a convenience store, not a U-Haul office site.)
Patricia Dthe person responsible for this mobile pick up spot would not answer my calls for over 40 minutes, the clerk in the gas station was able to get him on the phone after two calls, he was rude, unhelpful and an absolute jackass about the selfie process, no apology for not answering my calls, no explanation of the equipment, no apology for not having a furniture dolly
Keith SLock for box 3 does not open, as well as the cashier doesn’t know anything about the U-Haul situation. He wasn’t very helpful and neither was the boss, only way I got the truck was through U-Haul themself after waiting 20 mins.

Toni DWaited for over an hour to get keys, because they did not give me the lockbox code when I booked. They also never picked up the phone.
Colton BStaff was very helpful to get the process completed when the U-Haul app was troublesome to use. The rental could had been cleaned prior to pickup. I needed to sweep out the back, there appeared to be rodent fur carcass and small debris all over in the back. Also I cleaned a Sticky puddled residue in the interior cubby in front the 3 cup holders. The vehicles drivers wiper was broken, and the vehicles tires had all different air pressure; Front wheel was 10 pounds over max. These issues were resolved at a U-Haul center. Overall, I was very pleased with U-Haul experience, the communication was great, resources To resolve these issues was easy. Very big Thank You for making my rental experience and good and memorable one.
