This place was filthy and the truck that was requested was not in working order and another truck needed to be swapped. This whole experience was frustrating due to this being the second location that I had to go to in order to get a truck to transport furniture. When I arrived at this location there was no one there to help with getting the truck and it took about 15 minutes to get them to get someone who thought they knew what they were doing. She then called someone else who swapped the truck in the app. All in all it took about 3 hours to pick up the truck which delayed my travel time back home. This is probably the last time I will ever use U-Haul. From the one phone call from the representative saying that the location didn’t have what I needed where I booked originally to traveling and having to pay extra money for transportation and the delay in leaving the area I am completely disappointed in this experience.

Provide the dolly and blankets I purchased, while cleaning the cup holders/center console.
Joshua EGot completely wrong information about available items and services at this location. Thought it was a uhaul shop where i could also pick up dolly as i was told on the phone. Location turns out to be a quick store, and employee there said she didn't work for uhaul at all and couldn't help whatsoever when several problems arose. They also didn't have any equipment to rent, ie, dolly, as i was told on the phone.
