Larineo WYou switched my first pick up point, to a place that was a pain to get to, traffic. The location I wanted had tons of trucks. Then you guys repeatedly text me throughout my reservation about ‘other families’ needing trucks. So I returned my truck a day early just for yall to charge me extra. I’ll never use Uhaul again. PS- I do not give a shit about other families needing a truck or trailer in my location. Never again.

ROLY AI was changed to this location to ensure all my equipment and truck would be available; however, arriving, they did not have the equipment I ordered and stated it was because other customers come before me. If my pickup is determined, why would my equipment and truck not be ready when I arrived since its a reservation made well in advance?

SUSAN BI held the reservation with my credit card but requested the charge go on my debit card which was handed to the person at the counter. Instead of charging the card in his hand he attempted to charge the card in file (seemingly multiple times) which had a $3000 limit and the charges were $3200. The bank thought this was fraud and SHUT DOWN the credit card while I was trying to move across the country. This ended up being a nightmare that took multiple calls and hours on the phone to resolve because of the lack of attention given. I will not be recommending this location to friends who are also moving.
Graham JThe first reservation I had, I went through the entire process and the wasn't in the lock box. It takes ms over an hour to talk to someone as figure out a solution. I even had one lady hang up on me. I ended up having to make a second reservation which I was told I wouldn't be charged for. But I was, so now I've been charged $184 dollars and still didn't even get my rental yet. When I take the rental back I'm charged another $32 for gas. Because it was my moving day and I had just enough money to move in. You guys almost caused me to lose the roof over my head. I had to borrow money because of what you all did. Worst experience of my life!

LANA MDid not have equipment in truck of bed as requested and paid for. Called multiple other uhaul locations in the city could not get anyone to answer the phone, after 4 attempts per location to confirm equipment availability. The locations I tried going to after the fact to retrieve my equipment were not able to supply them as they were understandably rented out to other people beforehand. Ultimately had to rent equipment for 3x the price quoted by Uhaul and a local Home Depot. Would not recommend this location to anyone, if it were not for Home Depot the entire purpose of renting the truck in the first place would have been pointless.
Nathaniel BDidn't like the fact that my pick up location was moved half an hour away from my originally requested pick up location, which I gave a month notice for. That half an hour drive to and from the pick up to get to my place never was reimbursed in milage for inconvenience, thank God I didn't have to use anymore miles than offered for free. The truck was dirty inside, dash and floors haven't been wiped off in years, empty box sitting on passenger side floor. Couldn't wait to get out of that truck. I'm an 18 wheeler driver and I was terrified to be driving that truck. Not well maintained, steer tires are bold as basketballs, scary to look at, scary to drive, in case of a blowout Uhaul could probably end up with a huge lawsuit over that. Breaks are squeaky, truck shakes enormously whenever you breaks. Overall it's an extremely unsafe and not maintained piece of equipment to rent ! I was praying to God the whole time to get to my destination and drop it off because that's how bad I felt unsafe in it.
Nataliia PQuick, easy pickup. They didn't have the dolly that I reserved, but substituted a (more expensive) appliance dolly at the same price.

Steve CSome of us despise the smell of smoke and apparently the last customer smoke like a chimney and ashed all over the cab. It was disgusting, and the cab was a mess. It would've helped to make sure there was enough turn over time to at least wipe int down before handing it over to the next guest. We brought it back in much before shape than it was given to us. It was a miserable ride, hoping you guys improve on this for the next round of customers.
SHAWN HEven though reservations were made in advance, not all equipment was provided. The truck box was so nasty we had to line it with whatever we could to protect our furnishings. The cab, windshield, and mirrors were so dirty I couldn't see. The inside cab was dirty. The seat was so collapsed I could barely see over the steering wheel to drive. Drop off was so far away it cost me an extra unnecessary 35 miles on top of the 12 miles to get from puck up point to my house. This was a total rip off by Uhaul. I'll never use them again for moving.
Joe VStaff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they didn’t have a floor dolly that we paid to rent so I had to drive across town to get one. They were still very helpful about making sure the place I was heading to had one though!
Amanda LIt seems odd to be dropped off at a car repair shop. All of the trucks are parked on a side street. Employees at Kwik Kar are too busy with cars to attend the uhauls. Seems like they need their own dedicated Uhaul staff
Samuel Jmissed a viewing because there was a hole in the gas tank and waited 4 hrs for rsa to come fix it and had to drive late night in foggy and rainy weather a 5hr drive turned into 10 hrs
Tevin LIt was more Uhauls problem than the pick-up spot. I had reserved the truck and bought mid-tier insurance coverage. When the Kwik Kar employee ran the transaction Uhauls had charged me for the top level insurance, another $125. It took another 20 minutes for the employee to fix the problem (via a Uhaul technician on the phone) and even then I was left with a transaction that was different than ordered originally.
