Very u professional. The person at the location couldn’t help and I was dealing with the owner on the phone. The two furniture Dollie’s I reserved and paid for were not there and I left without any. I am due a refund. I also reserved 24 furniture blankets and they gave me 6. I am due a refund for those as well. This place does not deserve a Uhaul franchise. They are horrible.
