First. The guy that ran the gas station/ U-haul was not at All Friendly very rude. And the place of the u-haul should not have been there. Secondly. The price to rent the u-haul was too expensive for only 8 days. To travel across country from California to Ohio should’ve been at least 10 days We needed for 9 days and had to pay an extra $20.

Adriana ZWe could not get the truck we wanted close to our house so we had to go to this location. We were very happy with the truck and it preformed beautifully it really fit our needs. The process went smoothly and I would recommend U-Haul to my friends. The gentleman that helped us was quiet but efficient. Overall very nice.
Stephen SOverall an easy transaction. The only reason I choose no for "well maintained" is because of the baldness of one of the tires. I will definitely rent from here again.
Stephanie GOnly issue is the man Tony wasn't very nice. Tony is rude. The lady who checked out and check in is great! We filled the truck back up. Cleaned the back. We have to wait 2-3 days just get our deposit refunded. Ridiculous turn around.

chester fThis was my worst ever experience at a U-Haul. The representative was completely rude. Offered little to no help. When we picked up he annoyingly told us that we were late and was making rude faces. They offer no after hour drop off for trailers, even though there was an after hour parking space with a drop box. I was advised I would be charged if I left the trailer there, very inconvenient. When we dropped off we asked for help unhitching the trailer and we were responded with “you do it”!!! When we said we were having trouble he brushed us to the side and said we’d have to wait. We then struggled to remove the trailer almost dropping it on our feet by ourselves. I would never ever recommend coming to this U-Haul. It is very sad that locations like this exist, giving U-Haul a horrible name. Don’t waste your time at this location.

La R1.My pickup time was set for 4:30, apparently the U-haul person closes up shop at 2:30 and the over the phone pickup wouldnt allow me to finish the pickup process. I had to call the U-haul hotline and spend an hour on the Phone just to get it all sorted out. 2.The lady at the counter couldnt do anything for me until I got my pickup code, so I had to sit at this gas station until I got it sorted out. 3. The location was swarming with tweaker's, not the kind of place I want to be spending alot of time in. 4. I didn't get out of there until around 5pm. All in all, it was a huge waste of my time and my friends/families time who were helping me move.
david bOverall customer service was good. Uhual that was rented did not feel safest as the breaks were really shaky where it shook the whole cab.
Daniel Dyour over the phone service is very poor. the people on the phones don't seem to have proper info. they are either poorly trained or mis informed. my last u haul experience was much the same. there was no effort for customer service
KIM BUhaul cancelled my order because of faulty brakes and never told me. Drive 2 hours to find out.

DONNIE HThe vehicle was missing components of the e-brake...wires were exposed. The cab was filled with barbecue chips. The location was hard to maneuver a 26' truck and it was not the location I reserved the truck from. I reserved 5 dozen blankets and there were NO moving blankets available...I got the refund and the clerk was amazing, patient and kind...give her a raise! One note...the truck broke down on the 210 and we had to wait for mecha medix for two hours. The truck needs to be scuttled!
Dennis KThe only complaint I have was I had to drive 20 min out of the way to pick up the trailer. I reserved one local (1 mil away). a week prior at the Fontana location. I get a call the night before to pick up in San Bernardino that was the opposite way I had to go. It threw my morning off. The rep said the “computer “ over booked. Don’t understand that.
Robert RI anticipated arriving after hours (and did) and presumed that no one would be on site; i was prepared to use mobile check out. When I arrived on location a non-uniformed person walked up to me and told me that i needed to go and talk to Erica at the gas station next to the lot. I spoke with Erica and she told me to do the mobile check out (just like I planned and presumed I would be doing since I arrived after they location was supposed to be closed). I then proceeded with the checkout as planned, but was then approached by another ununiformed person who told me that I should not place the keys in the drop box but that I should give them to him because "Erica told me to." I ignored him and dropped the keys in the box which made this person very upset. Overall, I have no idea if everything was done correctly, the location will not answer my calls, and I am marginally concerned that I will be held liable for whomsoever was standing on the lot when I arrived.
Andrew BI wasn’t even sure I was at a uhaul. The place was clearly unmarked and the guy there was very condescending until he realized this wasn’t my first rodeo. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Then there was the tow dolly. Half the lights were out. This equipment was clearly not maintained properly.
Stanley SI returned the trailer in Sunday. The man who hitched the trailer onto my truck the previous day (saturday) does not work on Sundays. The young lady who works at the Kwik Stop had to leave the cash register unmanned while she unlocked the gate to the area where the trailers are stored! After backing in the trailer a homeless man who hangs out in the area helped me disconnect the trailer. The young lady cashier said she did not know how to provide me with a reciept indicating the trailer had been returned. What the hell type of business are you running here? Very dissipointed in the quality of service. Will not use this place again even though it 10 min. from my house. Hope this message goes up the chain and not get round filed. I do not recommend this location.
Hector GService was poor. Unorganized. Took over 30 minutes to get a truck because staff couldn’t locate keys. Was given a truck with a full tank then told we needed to take another and the truck had no gas. Attendant was extremely distracted with customers of gas station and kept stepping away during my check-in to assist them.

Kevin AThis location is terrible- I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COME HERE!!!! TAKE MY ADVICE AND GO TO A DIFFRENT LOCATION. We rented a truck and turned it in the truck was checked and milage was recorded. The truck came in with less miles than originally estimated so the charge was less because everything got done in 1 trip and not 2. 10 days later- the kwik stop dairy location credits our card the amount paid and charges the amount we thought it was going to be with a double trip. UHAUL is a franchise, and you would think that calling U-Haul they would be able to help- guess what..... THEY DO NOT. Doesn't corporate understand that when a vendor is doing shady stuff- it reflex on them directly. I have always used UHAUL and I manage rentals and send my tenants to UHAUL. WE PAY FOR THE RENTAL FOR THEM AT TIMES..... This is unjust and plain fraud.
