Robert HWas able to get keys and truck at 5:00am but not able to exit the lot until 7:00am because gate was locked. Had to wait 2 hours for someone to show up and open the gate. I was told a utility dolly was ready for me to pick up at another location as well and when I showed up they said they didnt have any and that my best bet was to go to home depot. This is the worst experience ive had with any company. I normally dont complain or write bad reviews but this was very disappointing.

Patrick BDisappointed with the cleaning fee charged by Uhaul after the 2 hour rental. I returned it in the same state. Don’t know what’s the cleaning fee for. The service was otherwise great, but the unexpected charge has left a sour taste.
