I was assigned a uhaul with lights burnt out. No one had checked whether the lights had worked, clearly. Person working there was extremely unhelpful, did not apologize, and then told me I had to call uhaul to tell them my trailer had been reassigned and the number has changed. So I waited on hold for one hour when I was supposed to have been moving. I was then told on the phone I should not have had to call and the person at the uhaul pick up location should have addressed this himself. Absolutely. Unacceptable. There was also garbage in the trailer. For 400 dollars I would expect much better.Ella C.
Stop using convenience stores to stock your trailers at. Took the clerk over an hour to process my pick up info, then I get assigned a trailer that is locked in behind 2 other trailers all on a raised grade. I am a senior there by myself wrestling out the trailer. It was also raining at the time. No help offered by the clerk as he had to watch the store counter. All in all a very bad experience and I will never use U-Haul again.Joseph D.
The store didn't have any additional staff to help with the trailer hook up service however a nice person walking by stopped to help. So you should prob bring an additional person to help you hook up because the trailers are parked on an incline. Everything else was good and I would use this location again.Joel M.

Person didn't know anything about the trailer and didn't know how to properly Secure the trailer to my car. Took 1 and 1/2 hours to get the trailer. Trailer was very dirty inside, didn't receive any of the extra moving supplies I ordered. Got changed for things I didn't ask for.Valerie M.

This location is incompetent. They did not give me the size of truck requested even though it showed it was available on my reservation. They had my friend start the vehicle, clean off the snow, how unacceptable is that. The fuel tank was only half. The Kiwkway guy did not do a walk around the vehicle. When we returned the vehicle they attempted to charge us an extra $100. They charged us for a dolly even though they did not provide it. We lost over an hour of our time after a day of moving arguing with them. Just disgusting service, they hare giving Uhaul a bad name.Danny H.
Trailers were all snowed in and frozen in place and there was no one able to help access them. It took over an hour to leave with the trailer. We also had to call and switch the trailer because the Locking break popped up when we tried to pull the trailer free from the snow and it wouldn't go back down.Steven B.

My problems are with U-Haul in general not the place that I picked up or that I dropped off I was unhappy that I had to pay money for gas for picking up a U-Haul 45 minutes away from my house when there was a U-Haul right around the corner but you put that on me.ERICLESLIE P.
After 3 phone calls and being given the runaround I was disappointed with customer service. I was trying to arrange a different drop off location but not one agent was able to assist with my request and phone calls were disconnectedRoch C.

Worst rental experience ever. 1. Reserved a 6x12 trailer a month in advance. 2. Went to check in 2 seeks prior to my picking it up, was informed they could not find me in the system and recreated a rental after I showed them my paperwork. 3. Went back to check in, 2 days prior to pick-up to confirm as I had doubts. And sure enough was informed there was not going to be a trailer for me at this location. Also U-Haul allowed my reserved trailer to be kept in Ottawa for 3 additional days. 4. I could hardly understand the employees, finally the owner of the facility showed up and heard me out. This location is only minutes from my residence, so it was perfect. So I made some calls to U-Haul that evening. 5. Called and waited on hold for an hour then talked to an obvious call centre rep and was informed to call a different department. Waited on hold for another hour then the person eventually told me that there was a trailer at the location and I could pick it up in the morning. 6. The next morning I get a call that the trailer was not there and that I had to drive 30km to Coppercliff, the other side of Sudbury and pick one up if I wanted to. I promptly told them that I am being dumped on in every area of the rental and the best compensation for all the BS I had to go through is a $20 reduction on the rental bill. 7. I was thrown away when I got to the rental "quickymart" in Coppercliff that the over-the-counter person was not wearing a mask and was filling out yet another agreement of which I was totally blown away that he was looking at my drivers license that I sent in on line and HE PROCESS THE AMOUNT ON VISA card that he had my information I had entered in my on-line booking. Unbelievable, so much for confidentiality. More BS. 8. Finally went out to look at the trailer I was assigned and it was parked on a grade sloping forward and when I opened the back it was not clean, so I looked at the other one across from it the plate said Texas on it, I took that one because it was much cleaner and not on a grade. 9. Went back in :quickymart" and counter person had a mask on now after seeing my due diligence in that regard, told him I wanted the trailer from Texas plate and he said OK, your all good to go. I had to go out and load the 6x12 trailer myself and hook it up with no supervision of assistance. UNBELIEVABLE.JEAN-MARC G.

This location isn't suitable because the renter has to constantly wait for a customer to get processed making the wait extremely long. Uhaul rentals should be concentrating solely on their client.KENNETHS D.

The guy said he couldn't drive a truck that big no room to park was charged by local dealer for mileage that uhaul said they would credit. Worst experience everTHOMAS I.

The person there was very helpful and nice but we are not happy with our global experience with uhaul. We reserved a truck a week earlier by the internet site, as we had tried by phone and waiting time was ridiculous. We were supposed to have our rental at a location nearest from our home. When we arrived there no truck for us. We were sent to another location but nobody there. Finally, we were sent to a third location were we can get what we needed and the girl was really helpful. We received a small 50$ credit for all this mess and 2 hours late...LYNNGABRIELLE A.
