Tiffany DWhen we got to the place, 1st the truck wouldn't start. Then we all for a replacement and they say they didn't have one but they connected us to roadside assistance. We got on the phone with the and one of the customer reps was really rude. Our appointment was at 2 but we didn't get the truck til 4. Because it was a Sunday no other Uhaul was open. We open the back and it was dirty. Full of something. It was everywhere. I sent all these pictures in. Get on the road and half way there the engine light comes on. This was the worse experience I have had and the fact that they didn't care is something all in itself. They are not taking care of these trucks but charging like they are. I only had the truck from 4pm til 12 pm the next day. I just turned it in because I didn't want to be stuck somewhere when that light came on.
Kenya DI reserved a trailer through U-Haul phone line with a pick up time. when i arrived at the location the location was dark i knocked on the door and finally someone answered said were closed. i told him i had a trailer reserved he opened up and did paper work. We hooked trailer up I got to baby shower to load gifts opened door it was filthy it had leaves and rotted fruit on floor the smell was awful we laid paper on floor loaded it I got it home unloaded washed with power washer dried reloaded and took off to destination in Nebraska

jerome pQuit making people have to take a picture of there license you make a copy on printer like we have for years. Train your people properly. Or hire someone else. When someone reserves a U haul and you don't have it at that location but you have one up the road we'll go get it and bring it to the location needed don't make the customer go get it on time they don't have and there Dollar.
Jonathan UI was charged for a furniture Dolly and a regular dolly, that I was suppose to get, but didn’t. Please remedy this!
Duana JAgent at pick up told me I could drop off anywhere i wanted but when I went to drop at a U-Haul dealer in closest town (Citronelle, AL) the app showed I needed to return to a Lucedale? LS location about 40 miles away or I would be charged a penalty. It was Sunday before I could drive to Lucedale location. Subsequently I was charged an additional $29 - unspecified charge, late fee I’m guessing. Please reverse charge and advise agents not to say trailers can be dropped at UHayl location of choice.

RONALD FWe reserved a dolly and paid for it with reservation. When we picked up the U-Haul, there was no dolly included. We called in and was told they have no dolly’s at that location or anywhere in the area. We had to load everything by hand which made this move very difficult. Super unsatisfied!

Juana WThe issue was that I put my return down to Lockport, New York because that’s where I was going to and that when I got there, they didn’t wanna accept the return because they said where I picked it up up putting Niagara Falls down, which was a lie because it was put down as open and then they wanna charge me to return it there they said they didn’t. I don’t know if they did or didn’t because they never emailed me Them to email Ry receipt and they never have very disappointed in the service.
Michael HNo local access to equipment needed in Ruston, LA area. I had to drive 1 hour out of way to pickup the rented trailer and it had sand/dirt on the floor. It had to be wiped out before loading furniture. Everyone I talked to was friendly though.

TRAVIS PThis was closed in the middle of the day. No sign or notification that is was going to be closed until Jun 21. Didn't learn that until I called customer service asking what I should do about returning the trailer. Phone folks were outstanding and helpful.

Vernon AThe young man that was there had the worst customer service I have ever seen. If you offer 24/7 pick-up and drop-off at your location and additional equipment is reserved through your online portal, then make sure all of the equipment is available in the rental. I reserved the truck and 2 dollys for 4 hours to pick-up 8:00am since that was the only time available, but the dollys were not in the truck as the portal stated and the store did not open until 9:00am. I had to wait an additional 1 hour & 15 minutes to start moving. This location still expected me to return the equipment by 12:00pm instead of extending the rental due to their error. I would never go here again, nor recommend. Why give the option to reserve the equipment for an earlier time if it really isn't available? That guy should never be in customer service.
Lakeisha WMy experience was HORRIBLE! The U Haul truck was not available at the time of reservation, I selected 24/7 mobile pickup, but this particular location messed up on their end, so I had to wait until the store opened to pick up my truck. I had to pay my movers for a whole extra hour for this inconvenience. The employee at the store was not professional, he was beyond unprofessional, he didn't seem to care that their store was the cause of my inconvenience. I'm considering not using U Haul again.

Joyce JDuring pick up, staff was not very customer service friendly. Acted like taking to an annoying friend rather than a customer. During drop off, waited for over 20 minutes for the store to open past opening time and it never did so I left. Would not rent from again.
Adi MThe cab of the truck smelled like cigarette smoke and their was a butte in the back of the truck. The U-Haul app is terrible. I had to take picture multiple times and then they would disappear and I would have to repeat the whole process. It didn’t say I completed it, but it then came up as complete, so I’m not even sure the pictures went through.

Keiosha GRented the U-Haul for 12/7 4pm pickup with a 12/9 4pm return. Received call Saturday morning, 9:21am asking where was the UHaul because it should have been returned at 9am. I explained that was not the case and that I had official UHaul documentation stating the return time was 4pm. After a few minutes of discussion, the agent said that he would update his notes to reflect a 4pm return.

Janice LThe person who helped me was very nice as far as the uhaul it was disgusting and had roaches in the front and back. Not mention they charged me twice I shouldn't have been charged at all because I spent half the day trying to get rid of the critters in the uhaul.

antonio sDid not open the store on-time. Personnel not friendly. Personnel did not want to hook-up and secure, then photograph the trailer hooked to my truck. Personnel seemed mad I was renting a trailer from him.

Ronnie RI wanted a car transport trailer he stated he was going to book it at an another location I get to that location it was not done. I just look at my account he also charge my card twice for the u haul truck.
