I was charged several charges that was not discussed with me upon purchasing rental. Wasn't given a paper copy of lease agreement. Owner said, I had to take picture of it. Then I was unable to read it on my phone. I was charged for extra gas when I had accidentally put more gas in it than what it had when I picked it up. I was also charged for extra mileage that was a complete lie. I took pictures of the mileage & the gas needle before leaving the lot & when I returned it. I was charged for early return, but no one told thst I would be charged before I left. The vehicle was emaculate when I returned it. I was charged for them to clean it up. This wasn't mentioned to me before purchase. I chose UHsul because it said. Rent for $19.99 a day. I lived 4.5 miles from the store that I rented from. The storage unit was half a mile from my house. I was charged $211 for a vehicle thst was brought back early, it was totally clean, had right at a full tank of gas, and and I went 2 miles over the daily allowed limit. I live on Social Security Disability I would never rent this vehicle for $211. The representative of this Uhaul site gives UHaul a bad name.
