The employees were late to open, 45 minutes late, I had the rental scheduled from 9- 3, but because they were late they said I had it from 9:45 - 3:00. That was very unprofessional of them!

Customer service was not great. The guy needs to concentrate and hurry on the registration because he was spending to much time talking non sense with his coworker awhile I was waiting and then he was helped another customer awhile he still working on my paper work. I had to wait for him.

My pick up time was 9 am and no one who spoke english was there to help me. I had to wait for almost 30 minutes before they got someone in the office to help me. Also the place was a mess. Food left out and black ants covered the counter top.

The electric wire was not secured, which caused the coating to wear off because it was dragging on the road. This caused the tail lights to not function on the trailer.

Well the storm was actually mess it did not have a sign on the door saying that they were U-Haul and the guy said he will take my key and make sure he puts it in the computer that I returned it by 4:30 today he told me I will receive a confirmation when he put it in the computer but I still have not received at confirmation

There was still a bit of leaf debris in trailer. I am more upset with the online call center. I specifically asked for a motorcycle trailer as I was taking one for 900 miles and wanted the one specific with front end wheel section to help chalk the wheel. Oh yes no problem ramp and area for front wheel. Get a call a few days later and they changed where I was going to pick up trailer. Again I checked with this lady that it was specifically for motorcycles. Was guaranteed 3 times and low and behold. I get to location to pick up trailer and nope they had just a regular trailer with a ramp. Explained what I wanted and guy said those are only local rentals only. But lady in call center didn't say that. I've seen them at a different location with out of state plates so I know they can go out of state.

Nor a good location, did reservation for 3 o'clock and they told me person in charge left at 2 pm. Had to contact her over phone and I took me about 45 minutes to get trailer. Lately Uhaul it's been unreliable. My reservation was for Los Banos and they made me pick it up in Madera l. They said it's only 40 miles but thhat was just one way I had to drive back another 40 miles. Horrible experience will star looking for a different company for future rentals.

There wasn't anyone available to help with the rental. The truck didn't have the equipment that was requested. The information listed for the truck was inaccurate and I couldn't correct with the app.

I returned the truck early in the morning filled it back up to 1/4 tank took a picture. I was charged for more miles than I thought which was fine but then a few days later I get another charge of 8 dollars and some cents and don't get an email receipt of what that's for?

The owner was not there for my pickup time and there was no information given to me about the lockbox that was apparently outside.

Had a bad tire on the trailer I rented. The tire would go flat I continously has to reinflate the tire. Trailer would fishtail when pulled down the road making it difficult to travel.

It took over 1 hr to get the auto transport. Initially the individual handling the reservation tried to do it over the phone...on his co workers cell phone. Not professional. He had to come in and process the order yet seemed like he didn't know what was going on. He had to make 2 phone calls to 2 different people in order to get it done.

There was a sign that stated to park and an attendant would greet us, but nobody came to greet us. The business is located in a strip shopping center, but the front door was locked. I had to walk around to the back of the building and located an attendant that notified me where to unhitch and leave the trailer. The location to drop the trailer off was a dirt lot that was difficult to determine how to navigate to unhitch the trailer .

Super kind and helpful! We originally went to drop off to the Uhaul located on Granada, a lady came out yelling "we do not take trailers". She was really rude, I'm so glad we found a better place to rent!

Too far from our house. We have several U-Haul outlets in our town, and I reserved the truck over two weeks in advance, but two days before pick up we were directed to a facility 45 miles away.

Make sure to let the customer know the different equiptment options available. Don't assume. The person who set up our reservation over the phone chose without mentioning our options. Everything worked out in the end and La Granja was very helpful and got us compensated for the miscommunication so we left happy. :)
