ERIC SI would suggest going to a UHaul moving and storage location instead. This one wasn’t able to get the Dollies that we requested. Unfortunately they also did not have the keys ready for us when I initially requested the truck so we had to wait for them to open. Lastly, they close a lot earlier than standard U-Haul places on Saturday. We didn’t know that upfront. Only thing that was good was it was a newer U-Haul truck.

SAULA AWorst service ever!!! Cargo van was filthy — I couldn’t see through the windshield. Odometer reading at pick-up was more than 100 miles more than listed in U-Haul system. Gas tank was less than 1/2 tank at pickup. I drove the vehicle just 11 miles but they tried to charge me for 253 miles. Don’t do business with these scammers!

Anastasia EBefore I picked up my truck I asked about my packing mats and I was told that there were none even though I ordered them when I paid online. Call the U-Haul headquarters two different times to explain the situation. When I arrived to pick up my truck there were 24 brand new packing mat in plastic bags. Are used all of them for my move and I was very happy that it came together before I picked up the truck. As a way of giving you some feedback you can order the packing mat and pay for them online but when you go to a neighborhood U-Haul they may not have them and I was told by one of your dispatchers that you don’t necessarily distribute packing mats to all of your agents. In any case, I’m not sure if the headquarters of the company came through and had the mats sent to my location But it was a big help and I feel very positive about U-Haul as a result.
KENNETH FThis location is not the one that I chose when I reserved online. It is a few more miles away. The owners or the representatives were helpful. The only complain I had was the truck was so dirty but the rep told me to he would make a note on that.

KEITHAN DThe space to drop-off my U-Haul was unmarked, the only reason I knew where to park was because there were two other U-Hauls in that space. Also, the Dropbox to drop-off your key was a scavenger hunt to find & the online instructions where vague, broad & no help, especially at 10:00pm at night.

Linda DLA PACK N SHIP is a fraudulent business. We got receipt from UHAUL for $45.61 which is correct, but we also got another charge on our credit card for $69.46. We didn’t get a receipt for this. When we left the uhaul truck with the business agent, we believed we were doing legit business but this place was not honest. I will be requesting this $64 charge off from my credit card and I will be complaining with the business bureau.
Scarlette KIt does not make sence to charge gas & mileage at the same time. It ‘ s deceiving that daily charge is only $19.95. It adds up charges for gas, insurance , mileage. I rent a van for 4hrs and paid $91.00.
JAYSON KThe lady charged me for gas even though I put gas before I returned it because apparently, it was a little less than when I rented it. How can she nickel and dime me when she didn't even give me a specific mileage of how much the gas was in the tank before I checked it out?! Would not come back again.
DANNAH BClerk did not tell me I would be charged for another day. Just took the keys and my agreement the said that was all. I told him I was charged for a dolly that was not provided and asked if he could refund it, he said it would put in the computer later, but I have no proof that he did anything about that.
John Kthe truck I received was not in working condition and is a safety hazard to the public. the passenger side mirror was not working and swung back and forth. only reason I am not giving them 1 star is that their employees are very helpful and tried their best to help, sadly, to no avail.
Kevin GLocation on was great. The place didn’t open on time at 9 am so lost time in the morning. Computer was slow. I couldn’t edit features, dolly and moving mat, during auto check in. This should be fixed.
Paul LI reserved online for a 7:30am pickup of a 10' van. I was not allowed to pick up the van until the shop opened at 9am and they only had the 9' van available. This was not the store's fault, but uHaul. They did what they could and were very polite.

Yizhak KI scheduled for mobile pick up at 8:30 am. I got there at 7:30 am to find out the location doesn't have mobile pick up even though my reservation says it is a mobile pick up. I called customer support who said she would look into it. Put me on hold for 30 minutes without ever getting back to me so I hung up and redialed. This time the agent said they messed up the order and there's nothing I can do and to take it up to the location when they open. I had to wait until 9 am when the location opens and when I complained, he immediately got aggressive and defensive saying it's not his problem either. So neither customer support or location wants to take responsibility. I got my rental 45 minute past my original reservation and the location tells me that's not his fault and I won't have any extended time. Incredibly frustrating experience

Juyoung CUpon arrival to pickup location I ordered a van but when I came it was unavailable and instead they had a box truck wich they offered for a same rate but it came out more expensive in the end. Also the tyre pressure indication together with tow indicators were on.

Jori HBoth cigarettes lighters in the vehicle was not working. I had no way to charge my phone and lost about an hour of time because I didn’t have use of my phone. My husband was also late for work. I was highly upset and the representative refuse to do anything to compensate for the inconvenience. I will NEVER USE AN AUTHORIZE DEALER AGAIN!!!!
Nina PI received the truck without the proper inspection and with less gas than indicated then was charged for refueling after I retuning the vehicle with the same amount of gas I started with.
Sunjung PI was sent to wrong location. The gentleman at the location was helpful and very accommodating but the supervisor billed me incorrectly. He said he will make it right but a total waste of a day driving.

hyun sYou need a designated parking spot for the rental. The parking spaces are limited, if available when you return the vehicle and pick the vehicle up. Some of the parking spaces are not adequate for the vehicle to be parked, ( i.e. too small and confined). Also a reversible dolly would be a great help and assistance to many of us moving multiple boxes at a time, (e.g. the dollies that UPS utilizes).
REBECCA MVery nice people, easy to work with. The process was much easier than many uhaul locations that take 30 minutes just to do paperwork. Highly recommend this location.
