Truck was dirty from the outside. Parking is very limited, so it’s difficult to return the car after its use.

Ashley HIn person customer service could have been better. Also, the app did not work completely. I was capturing photos for the van pick up inspection but the images were not being uploaded to the app, and I was trying several times (I use iphone 15 pro). Because of this I spent good amount of time from my rental time since I only rented for 4 hours.
