Key pickup box wasn't obvious. I parked near the trucks so didn't find it near the trucks or the drop box. The guard dog barking for 30 minutes in my face while trying to find the keep and verifying the truck with pictures was traumatic. Very unpleasant and stressful. Truck had racist graffitti on the side. I had to cover it up with paper and tape because it was embarrassing to drive around in it.

They gave me to wrong dolly. The trucks were tagged on and the dolly and pads were just thrown in there. Not folded neatly or in the bag. Just tossed in there like they were in a hurry. The dolly wasn’t even secured to the metal plates. So it was sliding every where.

Gregory TWe had a dog barking at us the hold time that we were trying to hear the instructions from the mobile app. It was a disaster the entire experience. It appeared that someone had slept in the back of the truck and left trash and some type of vape product. I will not use this site again.
HAROLD EThe only caveat was the was a guard dog and when returning the key to the Box he was really close on the other side of the fence. It made me very uncomfortable returning the key being so close to the dog on the other side of the fence
