Deposit required? Only $100 but I have never been asked before.

Paul SHad to get blankets from another truck. The entire process to get the truck was very frustrating. The pickup location changed less than 24 hours before my move making it very inconvenient. Changes were not made correctly in the app so I cooldnt get the lock box code and was left in the heat for an hour trying to work with customer service. The app’s UI/UX needs a total overhaul. It’s very antiquated.
Ryan WThe app is worrisome. I was fortunate in getting there with Haul personnel on site to assist me. I was never sure how I would get or have got the key as no codes were ever sent to me to unlock. Upon return, no obvious pathway to submit its return other than stick the key in the lockbox. Even with personnel there, I had to repeat picture of myself and DL which was redundant.

tatum aThe choice of this location changed my reservation to a self-checkout reservation. This process was not efficient in the least and took approximately 30 minutes to complete all steps necessary to pick up the rental truck. My rental pick up was scheduled for 8:30 am on a Saturday morning, and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was instructed on the app to provide contact information for two references that were going to be called on the phone to verify my identity. The first issue was determining two different references who would answer their phone at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning from an unknown number. The second issue was the time it took for the verification service (online agent) to contact the listed references and move the process along to the next steps of the rental pick up. The third issue with this process was that my reservation of the rental truck was for a period of 4 hours not knowing that the pick up would take 30 minutes, and that my rental time window of 4 hours was not adjusted to account for this additional time.
Jeff MThis was a nightmare. The app did not work properly. The gas was low and I was charged a ton of money for gas I didn't use. The whole thing was a nightmare and there was no human to communicate with.

Tonie SPay more attention to customer request for extra equipment and make sure it's put inside the truck I was very unsatisfied with that and upset my equipment was mot in the uhaul
Annabela PIt has a very good location and easy access but you have to keep an eye on the bill because they charge extra for things and then file a claim, it is inconvenient
