RICKY SI would highly recommend you let corporate UHaul know that, when buying new trucks, have the drivers seat built with a bit more cushion. My husband drove your truck from Springfield TN to Auburndale FL over a 2-day trip and found the seat VERY uncomfortable.

Kelly HI was suppose to pick up my truck on the fourth called and confirmed it was there the night prior. That morning I get a call saying they don’t have it and if I want a truck I can drive 90 min to go get one. Or wait to the next day which is what I did. Then I go to pick up the truck and it was trashed on the inside no one cleaned it. Then I had to go pick up my trailer later and wow what a fun experience that was. I called they said they had I go there and they tell me yes all our trailers are broke and we don’t have one. But there is one 90 min away

Jessie SUnfortunately, this rental was not a good experience. When I arrived to pick up the truck they were unable to get the lock off. I had to wait 3 hours while they tried different tools to cut the lock off. Then halfway through the drive the dashboard started flickering and then went out completely. The truck started losing acceleration. I had to pull into a rest stop and wait several hours for service to come and fix the issue.

dennis hThis location has no idea what they are doing. They barely speak any English, and they repeatedly stopped in the middle of the rental process to serve their other customers. They tried to charge me almost double what I was quoted. I had to call the uhaul customer service and the uhaul dealer location could not understand them either. The dealer finally just said it was taken care of and that I could leave. She was supposed to take off the dolly rental but didn't do that either. As it turned out I was charged approximately 150. More than what my mileage was. Very disappointing.

Alma BWhen we arrived no one acknowledged we were even there. We stood there for 5 or more minutes just waiting, while 6 people just kept talking and moving food inside from a car. I just put gas in the U-haul and the receipt shows way less gas than what I actually had in the U-haul truck.

Lora SThe store opened 20 min late; The trailer had no trailer jack. I had to lift and put it on the hitch with my hands. It was cumbersome. I pulled a muscle when taking the trailer off the hitch.

fadi mA solo lite horrible customer service, there is a horrible language barrier. Was refused my keys for almost 2 hours and then uhaul had to call the market to tell them it was my rental. Then they tried charging me two extra days because they wouldn’t answer the phone. Horrible experience and will never recommend to anyone. 0/10
