Signage at the front door would be helpful. We we not sure which door to use but knew we had the right place because of the many U-Haul trucks at the back of the building and key drop box near the entrance door that we decided must be the right one. Again, the lady at the desk was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. I would also give her and the staff a 5-star rating. I have never used U-Haul before, but based on my experience with this move, I will not hesitate to recommend U-Haul to anyone planning a move.
