The Truck was old, and the transmission wasn't very good. The Gear Shifter was sticky. The Truck and Cab were both dirty. The customer service however was friendly and helpful.

DAVID Cfirst they changed my pick up location when I got there the staff did not know what is going on. they could not find the key also truck. myself I had to looking for the truck and then he did not locate the key I had to open the safe box key and get the truck key. this is not uhaul I knew in last 50 years. very much disappointing experience.
