The market was open early and the lady that helped me at pick up and drop off was so friendly and helpful. I’ve never rented a moving truck before and everything went very smoothly with the process. She wasn’t sure about a dolly being provided and went out of her way to locate one in the store and provide it. The dolly was in the truck like ordered. Thank you I wish I knew her name.

The job straightened everything out because that location of the grocery store that I got the truck from charge me $85 for gas and I only use $25 worth of gas, but the representative was able to put the money back on my card and said I’ll have it in through five days.

DAVID Cfirst they changed my pick up location when I got there the staff did not know what is going on. they could not find the key also truck. myself I had to looking for the truck and then he did not locate the key I had to open the safe box key and get the truck key. this is not uhaul I knew in last 50 years. very much disappointing experience.
