I had my reservation location changed twice, once day of due to lack of availability of the van I was renting. The new location did not have a furniture dolly so I had to go to a U-Haul location to pick one up. I did not appreciate having to drive to multiple locations to secure what I had reserved. Also there was a man working at the Doral U-Haul who was yelling at employees and driving the returned truck far too fast and making sharp turns, honked at me as he whizzed by because I was slightly poking out to get air in my tires (which was another thing.. the van I picked up had low tire pressure so I had to resolve that at the doral U-Haul). I was delayed about an hour because of all the running around.
