the Trailer did not have a useful rail on one side. the railing used for tying the load down is not able to accept hooks, strap or rope, one side of the trailer had a good railing the normal piece of wood with adequate space for rope to pass behind, or to use a hook or a strap. But the other side I could not fit a hook or a rope through. This meant I had to drive and hour to find a store that had load securement bars and spend more money on the load securement bars than I did to rent the Trailer. this is not the La Grande Auto Repair shops fault this is Uhauls fault for not repairing the trailer correctly

JULIE SThe vehicle was dusty, sticky stuff on floor along with a Kleenex. Window was dirty, and vehicle didn’t have full tank of gas. While I was driving the vehicle it acted as if I had stepped on the brake yet I hadn’t. It did this three times. I didn’t get the dolly that I had requested. They did pick up the phone 15 minutes before they were to open. I paid more than what I was quoted online. They did have available what I needed. The vehicle was parked in a field so that is probably why it was dusty within. Friendly folk!

TRACY CWhen a customer requests a certain location pickup to not send a text message the day before pickup informing the customer they have to pickup 50 miles away up a mountain pass from the reserved pickup location.

Holly SThe drop off business was closed on weekends. The app used to complete the return didn’t work so we had to call directly to get some help. The person who answered at U-Haul had no idea what to do and couldn’t help us. He kept asking the same question over and over even though I had already answered it. Then he puts me over to another number which cut me off. I tried to call back, and the lady who answered couldn’t help me so I ended up calling a third time to finally get someone who knew what to do and could complete my return. If you are going to use an online website to conduct business, hire someone who knows how to maintain it so that it actually works.

David BI've used uhaul quite a bit the past several years. This has been hands down the worst time ever. The digital transformation uhaul is attempting needs a lot of work. LONNIE FI just recommend making sure that there is a little more gas in the vehicles I only had a quarter tank to start which can be enough but for me as a person who prefers to wait until I'm bringing the truck back to put gas in so i know how much i used it can be a little difficult
David BConsole was broke and truck not ready and covered in snow. Said I showed up to the wrong place and only 5/16 gas.

danny mI just called to complain about my experience, and I waited on hold at your customer service number (800) 468 4285 for one whole hour, only to be disconnected before getting through to anyone! That is terrible. Who hung up on my call? I had a terrible experience and want to tell you all about it, so call me back. I am not waiting another hour for nothing!

Brian Ju haul promised a discount for not having the kind of equipment I had reserved. I had to drive in a snowstorm to La Grande to get the truck, then drive back to Enterprise to loafd and pick up the auto transport, then back to La Grande to load my car. Personnel we new and not trained on paper work or car tiedown.

GERALD MThe people did not know what they were doing, multiple people were taking photographs of my ID card with their personal cell phones, I had to hook up the trailer for them, and they did not have the wiring adapter to allow me to leave with a working trailer.
