I just called to complain about my experience, and I waited on hold at your customer service number (800) 468 4285 for one whole hour, only to be disconnected before getting through to anyone! u haul promised a discount for not having the kind of equipment I had reserved. I had to drive in a snowstorm to La Grande to get the truck, then drive back to Enterprise to loafd and pick up the auto transport, then back to La Grande to load my car. Personnel we new and not trained on paper work or car tiedown.JOHN F.

The people did not know what they were doing, multiple people were taking photographs of my ID card with their personal cell phones, I had to hook up the trailer for them, and they did not have the wiring adapter to allow me to leave with a working trailer.Paul E.
