Excellent customer service, scheduling and coordination of equipment. Our one way rental was affordable and the vehicle and car dolly were in perfect working order. A very positive experience overall.
Joel DI had to pick up U-Haul near closing time and in the rush, was late trying to respond to U-Haul about the pickup. The U-Haul notice expired and wasn’t able to respond. Made me nervous but apparently worked out ok. Couldn’t figure out how to notify U-Haul that I had the trailer
