It was not a proper drop off /pick up. The trailer was in a snow bank cut out. There was no tongue jack an it was a slight down hill. There was nobody there that knew anything about the rental or could help.. I was expected to lift a tandem enclosed trailer on a down hill in the snow and back my truck up to it at the same time. I managed to get it with alot of strain to my back and arms. A horrible experience when your on a time schedule
