I was charged almost $4000 dollars for going 8 miles. Completely unacceptable business practices.

Didn’t interact with anyone- so just said yes did the online check in to return. Overall not a bad process.
David bThe brakes on the truck were very bad, it was an American truck so in miles, I didn't notice immediately and wasn't told. Truck wasn't at our location, pick up time was mixed up, then truck didn't show up, had to taxi to another town, was given wrong address and had to go to another location took us 3.5 hours to get the truck. Every customer that came in was served while we had to wait to sort everything out. In the end supervisor did comp the taxis. But was a very difficult day
