Everything was alright just the car was dirty from the bed back and the truck when I start driving it to the freeway start shaking all the time
Antonio CMy reservation was at 12 and I didn’t even get to see someone for like more than 15 minutes. I had a time frame and I was late arriving due to the process. Also I wasn’t told there would be a charge for extra miles is what they said. I didn’t know that I had a limited amount of miles to go because the staff didn’t explain.
ERNESTO STruck they provided me was dirty and had bird poop all over, suspension wasn’t so good and it felt rumbly no ramp provided in the truck. They also overcharged me when I paid the correct amount of gas for the truck and didn’t give me a receipt so I know what they charged me for

Kuo-Hau FUhual was rented out dirty, with problems (warning light for Fuel Intake) and an empty tank of gas. Location did not have enough furniture pads per the reservation and sent me to another location to pick up the remaining ones. Owner tried to give me the wrong dolly and argued that was the size I rented when I had the reservation on the paper and was showing her. Owner at location struggled with communication due to language barrier.

TRACY DThe truck was leaking antifreeze. The place where I got from told me call the #1866… I was putting antifreeze the place where I dropped it off the guy told me we can’t reverse you nothing because is not my problem. Bad experience.
