Everything was alright just the car was dirty from the bed back and the truck when I start driving it to the freeway start shaking all the time

My reservation was at 12 and I didn’t even get to see someone for like more than 15 minutes. I had a time frame and I was late arriving due to the process. Also I wasn’t told there would be a charge for extra miles is what they said. I didn’t know that I had a limited amount of miles to go because the staff didn’t explain.
ERNESTO STruck they provided me was dirty and had bird poop all over, suspension wasn’t so good and it felt rumbly no ramp provided in the truck. They also overcharged me when I paid the correct amount of gas for the truck and didn’t give me a receipt so I know what they charged me for
