We had a dog barking at us the hold time that we were trying to hear the instructions from the mobile app. It was a disaster the entire experience. It appeared that someone had slept in the back of the truck and left trash and some type of vape product. I will not use this site again.

The only caveat was the was a guard dog and when returning the key to the Box he was really close on the other side of the fence. It made me very uncomfortable returning the key being so close to the dog on the other side of the fence
