Staff at this location is always very helpful and friendly! Always come to this location when I need to rent a truck or a trailer, best people and always have the equipment that I need! If they do not have it, they are always helpful in finding a location close by that does or giving me a comparable truck to suit my move! I can not say enough positive things about this location!! Excellent customer service by Ashley when I had to call and ask questions due to having to keep the truck much longer than I initially had it reserved for. App was super easy to use and quickly found the info I needed to pickup the truck and the unlock code. The return took seconds. Just an excellent experience!!!!

ROCKY LThe appliance hand truck I wanted was not available, had to take a four wheel dolly and would like to have had that discounted a couple of dollars, but I didn't ask and it wasn't offered. Overall, a good experience; employee was friendly and helpful.
GEORGE MMy equipment was not checked and I was not informed that the trailer I had specifically required a 2" ball hitch. I had on my vehicle a 1 7/8" ball and it ended up snapping of on the highway which could have seriously injured me. I wasn't told I needed a 2" ball until I got to the location I was towed to and they informed me I needed a larger ball hitch which made a much better drive with the trailer after that. If I was told that in the first place I could have had a much better drive the first 2 days because the trailer would have allowed me to drive with the flow of traffic instead of driving slower did to the trailer swaying back and forth.

JUJAB BI don’t agree with the mileage charges. When selecting locations I had two options near me, I was sent further away to a third option. Seems kinda silly. The vehicle was parked in a precarious location (on a mound of beauty bark) forcing you to back out towards the building garbage cans and a fence. Tire light indicator came on as soon as I drove it off the lot.

IRIS AI specifically requested a lower mileage moving truck with working AC — it did not need to be working perfectly as I connect on the higher mileage and use of most trucks but something that actually blew out cold air. The truck I rented did not have working AC on any level and I sat in stop and go traffic for hours in late August in complete discomfort. Secondly, no truck should be rented with less than a half of a tank of gas — full tank only. The last thing a UHaul renter should need to do is hop on the interstate and be preoccupied by the concern of running out if gas a (100) miles in to their use requiring the need and detour to pull off and place gas in the truck when it should have been rented with a full tank. I am VERY disappointed with this experience with Uhaul.

Monte GThe location doesn't have good Verizon signal... So the website and app suck. Couldn't even use the website to get my truck after hours... Couldn't even get the truck using the website. The app kept closing while trying to get the truck. Overall, it took 50 mins after getting there to leave. Returning the truck was the same situation. Suggestion... Make it so you can take a pic on your phone of the truck and you can upload it to the app. Making it so you can only take a pic through the app made the process miserable.especially when it kept randomly closing (multiple phones).

joseph cAfter revieing my final invoice, I see I was charged a $20.12 fuel surcharge even though I returned the vehicle with the same level of gas when I picked it up. There was a glitch with the app on the fuel settings screen when I did the self pickup. So I took a picture of the gauge and mileage at the time of pickup as backup. When I returned the vehicle, I mentioned this to the staff and and they asked me if I had a chance to refuel the vehicle. I stated yes and have a receipt from the gas station 2 blocks away. While I was standing nearby, waiting for my ride to pick me up, there was no mentioned of any issues regarding the fuel level. After reviewing my final UHaul receipt, the estimated fuel level is showing that I returned the vehicle with less than the actual amount. This is flat out fraudulent to grossly misrepresent the condition I returned the vehicle in. So I'm asking for an immediate refund of this fuel surcharge to my card. If this is not resolved in a timely manner or to my satisfaction, I will be need to pursue further action with the CFPB, BBB and the BBB. Jeff

VESIPASIANO mGreat customer service. The person who helped me also noticed that there was a problem with the tire rubbing against the frame on the car transport carrier I had rented. For some reason when the tire got changed by roadside assistance, it ended up being placed much closer to the frame than it should have been... At least that's how it appeared.... And was rubbing raw through the black rubber down to the sidewall and I'm super lucky it didn't blow up on me on the road. I was very happy with his finding that issue before renting it out to the next people. He was very observant as well as kind and helpful. Not to mention his dog , who also was a great assistant.:)

From the moment I walked in their location to the time I returned the vehicle they were taking care of business. Helping customers, answering questions, managing incoming calls, assisting with vehicle checkouts, those guys did it all and with a smile. I watched one rep assist a customer with a vehicle check. I can’t recall when I’ve ever been seen that done before. The team at that location on June 23rd needs a raise!
