How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe guy there is awesome. Even though Washington State is full of racism and hate against black skin, but the guy there is beyond that. At first I was afraid he was going to play racism card on me, but he is different. I even ask him if he has discount for Veterans, he kindly said no. We need people like him in every corner of America.

Alan HThe truck drove and ran fine. The problems I had were as follows: 1. I received the truck with only 1/4 of a tank. While not the end of the world, it was frustrating. It's much more convenient when rentals have a full take, as it is then easier to ensure the vehicle is returned with the correct amount of gas, rather than having to guess how much I need to put in to get it back. 2. The plug for trailer lights did not work. We towed a U-Box trailer and the lights did not work. This was highly inconvenient. There are ways to test this functionality, and it's frustrating as the customer to have to deal with this. Rental trucks are not cheap, so I feel there is an expectation that everything should be functional. 3. The back of the truck was dirty. U-Haul charges a $25 fee for not sweeping the truck out when you're done. Given that being the case, I would expect the truck to be clean when I receive it.
