The Lacey Express location was great! The Agent working was incredibly welcoming, and seemed happy to help me, and willing to listen to me complain about the Lewiston Speedway location. I wish I was able to score the Lewiston, Idaho location at speedway storage, the facility was disgusting, The agent working there skipped me to help out an "easier" customer, and made me wait 30 minutes just to inform me she didn't have the truck that had been reserved for me, days before. She then offered a larger truck that would not work for me at an insultingly minor discount. She then told me about the Moscow location having a truck that would work for my reservation. She lied when she told me it was 20 minutes away, setting me back 3 hours. Lacey Express was great, but I will NOT be going to the Speedway storage location, and informed my company to not send anyone there
LEVI NI don’t understand how I can pay for insurance through U Haul and then when a literal force of nature happens and a tree breaks the glass on a side mirror, I still have to pay $250. The insurance they offer is a scam.

LEE DThe weight time was very good compared to other U-Haul locations I've been and the attendant/associate came out and hooked the dolly up for me and made sure all the lights worked. It was super easy to rent from this dealer.

BYRON WI use this location two to three times per year. The staff is always easy to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment is well maintained and always ready to go when I arrive.

TRAVIS DDark (no lighting at night) in the lot, terrible parking surface (potholes, hugely uneven). Hard to navigate in the dark. When I returned around 8 pm to drop off, someone outside on the UHAUL premises was playing an electric guitar extremely loudly, and using extremely bright lighting. I could not see the person even when I drove off past the bright light. It was peculiar and didn't make me feel safe. What was up with that? If nothing else, you should be aware of it. I was familiar with the Olympia location, but my location was switched to Lacey at the last minute. I wasn't familiar with it and had a little trouble finding it. The Olympia location also feels nicer, though I've not dropped there or been there in the dark. My other beef is that the truck was only 1/4 full of gas at pickup. I was not expecting that. So it was impossible to know how much to buy and how much I would use. I was not going to get on the freeway in bad traffic and run out of gas, so I immediately got gas. Returning the truck with the same amount of gas is next to impossible. It seems UHAUL likes to get extra gas for free. Having to get small amounts of gas multiple times is extremely inconvenient. I was busy and stuck in bad traffic most of the dayt. If the truck had been full at the get-go and I could have returned it full, I wouldn't have been ripped off. UHAUL got about $25 of free gas. As a customer that makes me mad given the rental cost me close to $200, not including gas.

REBECCA GYour personnel stated that it was okay to drop off the truck after hours and that there would not be a charge, but I was charged a fee anyway. If he had been truthful about the charge I would have brought it back during business hours to avoid the fee. This is fraudulent misinformation. I was also charged a cleaning fee. The truck was dirty when I picked it up with hazy window grime. I was charged a cleaning fee as well. Poor service and misleading I formation all around.
Lorna EPlease update your credit card terminal to allow tap from credit card If not available, please offer to assist customer to check in on the app instead. Customer rep did not seem to know this was a possibility.
LUKE-HIEU NMade a reservation for a truck and a moving dolly. when I picked up the truck I was told there was not dollys and the reserving one did not guarantee one would be available. WFT?!...that is like being scheduled for a surgery and the doctor telling you that simply because we are operating on you, doesn't mean the equipment to perform the surgery will be available. The front desk person was rude and dismissive. Hopefully this is not the norm for U-haul and I will be booking future trucks at another location
MICHAEL FI always go to Uhaul for rental and this one In particular is top notch. Fast, friendly, out the door. Gentleman behind the counter is very professional and personal. Equipment was ready and clean. It's places like this that you remember for next time or to refer to a friend. They also have storage units that are easily accessible
RICHARD HI picked up the truck in Lewiston, Idaho. The truck had 1/4 tank of gas. I dropped the truck off in Lacey Washington with more than a 1/2 tank gas. Just wished I could have gotten some compensation for the extra gas I left in the truck.
Zane BEverything went well. I didn’t have to spend but a few minutes there . I’ve used this location before so I was already on the system . I returned the vehicle and was gone within minutes .

BRITTANY SEveryone at this location was super friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is the check-our/check-in process. It takes way too long to take pictures and upload and have to record everything. It seems like that could be done by a U-Haul employee :-)
SHANNA MFacility entrance is extremely awkward to gain entry, especially after hours drop off.
Karen MMitch was there person working the counter and seemed to be very knowledgeable and I noticed he knew what he was doing. He probably helped at least 5 or more customers in the time 45 minutes it took Paul.

SARAH MI had to pay for a second day due to licking myself out the back of the truck. If they knew the previous renter lost the key to the pad lock it should’ve been added to key chain immediately. I had to pay for an additional 6 miles to have them give me a key to continue my move.

RODNEY MDespite arriving at this location 10 minutes before closing, employee Ryan refused to accept our trailer return. Instead, he made me do an after-hours return online. While experiencing problems with the website, I stood inside the office and continued to do the after-hours return (all of this was before the closing time of 5pm). Horrible customer service! I would not recommend this location or utilize this location in the future.

larerence WThe Uhaul app was not user friendly and we had to contact customer support to help us navigate the instructions for locating and opening the truck. We would have loved a courtesy email from the specific location letting us know they would be closed upon our pick up time with instructions to our van. We used the Uhaul moving services and our mover quit on us and we were unable to get another mover.
